Nights and Trains

Is there a sound out there that is more lonely than the sound of a train whistle in the middle of the night? If so could you bottle it and sell it as an energy drink? If not could it be that the train whistle is just the most perfectly depressing sound ever made?

Haha, then I would have to be depressed on a nightly basis. There is an Amtrak station here.

...as belleingenue stated...train tracks and station near to the house, so i hear it everynight.

Sometimes it can be depressive...especially late at night..but other then that..eh
