He stood, in what looked like some kind of field, but it wasn't like any other field he had ever remembered seeing before. The grass was red, and from a distance, he could even see that in some other parts - the grass was purple, and from what he could also see, there were trees with silver leaves, and some of the plants were bronze, silver and even transparent. He was not on Earth, that much he knew. The last thing he knew was sending up a signal with his vortex manipulator, saying goodbye to Gwen and Rhys - but after that, he couldn't remember anything. Only waking up in this place.
Another thing that unsettled him, was that he could hear singing, but he just couldn't figure out where it was coming from. "Hello?" Jack called out, looking around the colorful planet.
He walked closer to what looked like some sort of pond that was slightly goldish in color. Furrowing his brows, he watched as a few creatures seemed to be coming up and splashing out of the water, only to see that these were fish - Jack's jaw dropped when he realized where the singing was coming from. These fish!
The only thing that he could think of, was that he was in a dream, some kind of weird dream - where the skies were red, there were two suns, the grass was red and purple - oh! and the singing fish! "I must be dreaming," he breathed, blinking as he looked around him again.
