Hate. Hatehatehate.
Basically, my back has been tense for a while. It started the first week of classes when I kept tensing whenever I was around too many people--which was nearly always XD--and got very stiff as a result. Then, I started recovering (slowly, because I've been sleeping in weird positions and that's always a slow ache to fade anyways)--and guess what comes?? That time of the month, replete with some of the worst muscle cramps it's given me in ages!!! So, goodbye recovery, hello fetal position on bed. DDDDDX Saaaad face.
All right, some of this is self-pity. I could take ibuprofen and at least be moving appropriately. And I went and worked out of the elliptical earlier and the movement helped. (Knowing the movement would help was the only thing that got me out of bed.) But really? I could use like a 2 hour massage and a couple days spent curled up under lots of warm blankets right now. Agh. I hurt.
