Good Grief
Holy Cow what an interesting day yesterday was.
Well We all got dressed up and went to the theatre to see "Miss Saigon". No body really knew what it was about, but we were all in for it.
Opening scene was a bunch of hookers and a pimp in barely there clothing rubbing their bikinis and humping the soilders of Vietnam. It was like freaking twenty minutes long!
Yes, you heard right. It was just me, matt, my cousin Melissa, MOM AND DAD, GRANDMA AND GRANDPA, AND RACHEL.
arggg.
Everyone was stiff with akwardness and breathed shallow but silent breaths. My cousin and I were making jokes silently with each other to break the akward tension while my sister was asking what all the girls on stage were doing.
Anyways, the rest of the story was really good and truly tragic. As Melissa put it "Waaaaave of emotion". Man o man it was totally like West Side Story.
Then we all went out for lobster. I got carsick again, which is a regular occurence i guess and everyone made fun of me again. I'm telling you, they laugh at me now, but when i puke in their laps i will be the one laughing.
Then Matt Melissa and I went and Saw Batman Begins at 9:50 pm which was totally awesome. We stayed prolly 40 seconds into the credits to figure out who was the hot creepy guy in the glasses that we'd definatly seen before but which was driving me nuts. We turned around to go and there was no one around us. weird, because we don't recall ever seeing anyone during the movie as well. WE left the theater and no one was even in the building. No clerk, no lights, not even any clean up staff. I swear the creepiest part of my stay here. Needless to say I guess people here are afraid to go out after dark...
Anyways today all the guys went to Portland to go car racing and they told me i had to saty home because i was a girl. I guess they expect me to watch the kids and they even asked me what I was cooking for dinner. I try to hold my tounge but sOMETIMES ITSS JUST TOO MUCH!
I wanted to ask what decade this was and if womens lib. ever got to this part of the woods.
haha i gotta go and go make dinner for the fools.
