(no subject)
Oh hai.
So it's been awhile.
Things are busy these days. Levi's family has been in Louisiana looking for a house this week. His dad has moved out there for a job, and everyone else went house hunting to get ready for the move in a month or so. It is so gonna suck not having them here.
On the other hand, my mother in law has asked if we would be willing to accept my sister in law, Kaitlin, as a boarder while she finishes her last year of college. They were thinking about renting out their house to help cover the cost of their new mortgage they'll be taking on in LA.
I don't think it's a terrible idea. There's the issue of privacy, but KK is grown...she has friends and a life and all that. Levi and I will have plenty of time alone together. It also saves the in-laws some money, which is always good. And it'll be nice to have someone who bakes when she's bored living in the house. =D I still have to talk to Levi about it, but I don't think it's a bad idea. We'll see.
This weekend is my friend George's wedding. They are getting married at Grand Oaks in town (this old, Greek style mansion), and I've been invited to take supplemental pictures for the wedding. I'm super excited, because it's such a gorgeous location, and I'm not going to be responsible for the money shots (the kiss, the ring exchange, etc.), so this will be a great learning experience for me. Not to mention, if the f'real photographer ends up sucking, and I DO get one of those money shots, maybe the George and Amy can have something spectacular from their wedding to enjoy for the rest of their life. Sweet.
There's also a BBQ Competition in town this weekend in town. Stephanie, Robert, Levi and I are looking forward to that!! We're fat. =)
I've been working out with my Wii Fit every day. I've also been more active in general. In addition to the hour a day on the Wii Fit, I also do about an hour of supplemental exercise. It's paid off already! Which is totally exciting. I'm trying to lose weight healthily, so that I can look good for KK's wedding next year. Gotta look hot at a wedding. =)
