So on Saturday (1.8.09) I had that interview :) Which I believe pretty fun. I saw Kayla, Katie, Chris and Henry M. Dan, Flora, Henry K and Iart were in the session before ours. Dan was texting me about it so I knew what to expect. So I had the interview section first and I was talking to this person named Jennifer. She was really nice and I had fun talking to her. Like for some reason I was really at ease rather than being really stiff and nervous. Then I got a break for a bit then we took a math test. Dan told me that if you passed 5th grade then you'll be fine. After taking the test I'd have to agree. I mean there was only adding and subtracting integers, fractions like that type of basic stuff. Then again they said that they were looking at the number you get right so it wasn't so bad.
So then Monday (1.11.09)....-sigh- I actually thought something special might happen because I always see 1:11 on my clock....oh wells :d High expectations just lead to downfalls....So nothing much but oh man Chinese. We had declamations but at first we listened to them sing 北京欢迎你 (Beijing Huan Ying Ni) "Beijing Welcomes You" The declamation piece was a song so some people could sing if they wanted to. Maggie L. sang it and Jeffrey. When Jeffrey was singing....I was laughing so much :X He even started laughing when he was up there :) I went home kind of early....when I got to the bus stop I ran into Anthony :O So we talked on the bus home :) Then I slept for like 4 hours XD
Today Tuesday (1.12.09).....Hmmmm I think Chinese might be the highlight of the day again. So we continued with declamation....but before that we took a quiz on some vocabulary in 北京欢迎你 (Beijing Huan Ying Ni) "Beijing Welcomes You" . So then I went today but I think I messed up in some parts...I'm not sure though. Eric :D He sang 北京欢迎你 (Beijing Huan Ying Ni) "Beijing Welcomes You" for his declamation but he was kinda mumbling it at times....I swear Steven and Kelvin were laughing a lot. They did the same for when Cathy went....weird. After school we did recycling. Then we saw Chris C. who like transferred out of our school. So after recycling, Casey, Alice and I went to go see the people practicing 北京欢迎你 (Beijing Huan Ying Ni) "Beijing Welcomes You" in the music wing in our school. We were peeking in the door then Vinh just had to see us and ran after us. Of course we ran away :) but he caught Jason in the end. LOL at least Jason was able to run away. Then I was "attempting" to teach Chris C. math but then Evan came and taught him instead. :)
