(no subject)
So. I admit it. I'm in love with High School Musical. And the soundtrack. Musicals are such a weakness for me. Even a bad one is a great one!
And for a Disney television movie, they did a really damn good job.
Plus...Lucas Grabeel. So sweet looking. When I started watching the movie, I recognized him from being on Veronica Mars from a while ago. And his voice? I actually find it better than Zac Efron's (Barely present).
But Zac Efron was totally the young!Simon on Firefly, which rocks my world, so much. But it's a pity he didn't have the singing chops to do the whole CD. Andrew Seeley is just..wow.
And I just plain didn't enjoy the lead girl. Her voice was too girly, except for one song. Hell, I enjoyed Ashley Tisdale more, and I really don't like her for some reason. Maybe because she seems like a Hilary Duff clone.
Anyone else slightly disturbed that a brother and sister constantly get the leads in plays together? Most plays are revolving around love...And...Yeah. Heh.
................I may buy it on DVD. Shh!

Got my new camera, and it's fantastical.

My HDD is on the fritz. I need to go buy a brand new USB cord to make sure it's not the actual drive, and that everything on there is safe. And if that doesn't work, I have to try and find this extremelly hard to find adapter in case it's that. *crosses fingers*
I have all my music on the desktop anyhow, but I just want my pictures and videos and I'll be happy. Even if I could get it to work for one more day before it dies, I'd be soaring. Because it's under warranty until July 6th or so. They don't repair or save your files though, it's just an exchange.
