Aside from the one making noise about weapons, here are the usual suspects:

Charlie Prince. He's rather fond of guns; took mine during the riot and shot me and Prefect. Dunno if this is his work, but I wouldn't rule him out entirely.

Major West organised the riot, so that's another to look out for if a weapon's gone missing.

Adam Monroe: History of violence, also stole a gun and shot somebody in the riot.

If it isn't Krycek, my best guess would be Charlie.
