Never think of myself as a BC person. Not yet. Dobe person? - yes. Almost 30 years and they are a part of me. I can't see one without stopping to admire his/her beauty. Sheltie person? - yes! When I was judging down in MS a few weeks ago, there was a hew and cry about a loose Sheltie and people were running to and fro trying to catch it. It was freaked by the thunderstorm. I kept judging, but I was barely aware of the dog because the commotion started near my van where my 5 Shelties were patiently awaiting the end of judging. As soon as the dog on course finished, I took a short break to check on the dogs in the van. All quietly waiting on me.
Well, a dear friend went to Ireland recently and brought me back a lovely little BORDER COLLIE print. Then the other day, I ordered myself a nice Border Collie lanyard for my travel van key. Today, I spent time looking at the gorgeous photos on
www.kinlochsheepdogs.com/. I recently bought a Winter Sheltie flag for the gate. I looked long and hard at the Border Collie version but really, I am not a BC person... YET. :) BTW- the flag was not available with a Doberman.
