(no subject)
in about 12 hours, i shall be on a plane headed for maui. I'M SO STOKED!! 8 days in the hawaiian sun- snorkling and tanning and swimming and wandering around the outdoor market and sitting smoothies by the pool . . . it's going to be awesome. i'm gonna miss everyone around here, but will be back in no time lookin' hot. haha. things have been really good lately. work is still awesome. i love it so much. i have so much fun with my fellow counselors and all the kids . . . i'm so lucky to have fallen into it. things with me and leo are awesome. we have such a great time together. i went to his house the other day, and it's really funny because he lives all close to mark and down the street from kara's nick. when i got there i was like "dude. i know exactly where i am!" i love being around that kid : ) yesterday was a work beach party thing. before it, i hung out at leo's and saw "detroit rock city" for the first time. funny movie. then, i headed off to the beach for a while. i called mark to see if he wanted to body board . . . turned out he was already there, so i headed to tower 6 in oceanside to find him. we paddled out and got totally eaten by the waves. haha. they were freaking huge. but it was so fun to hang out with him and be out in the water. when i was ready to leave, i drove him and his sister's boy toy jeff up to the glory that is johnny manana's. they got some food and the three of us hung out for a while. that was awesome. i came home and had a yummy dinner, and then went to the beach for like an hour with leo, which was really nice. man am i lucky. ummm . . . there's been other stuff going on . . . all of which is slipping my mind at the moment. haha. i saw "batman" finally. that movie kicked ass. christian bale is freakin' sweet. there are some good concerts coming up at the race track, which opened the other day. i'm so excited to bet on the ponies! hehe. yeah. just thought i'd throw a quick update out there before i left. bottom line is that things have been great, and continue to be so. oh! one totally awesome moment was talking to my lovely roomie michelle on the phone. it totally brightened my week. yeah. ummm . . . listen to anna nalick. she's really good. i'm totally into her cd right now. well, i guess that's all for now. hope everyone has a great week, and i'll see y'all next week. later days and aloha!
