Yea, it does seem like it could be what I've read about UC but it also seems like it could be 4-5 other things, and I've had diarrhea about 2/10 times in the last month, but I have been taking laxitives and metamucil... I've read about all of the 'oscopies' and I really don't care what they do at this point, I just want to 'know' what I have or don't have. My roommate has had that and the barium test done and he's survived. :)

It really does make me think and fee for those like yourself who have lived with an IBD for a few years as its only been one month and I don't feel like doing most thing (depression symptoms) anymore. Thanks!

I think its odd as well as comforting that I have like 2 friends who I see often who have Crohn's (Both who have had surgery and are presently in remission), one who was diagnosed with IBS and you, who I've seen once, and I only know like 20 people total :)

Thanks, I don't think I'll be 'playing' too many new games, but it will get me to E3 when I'm feeling better in May. There's a game we'll be showing that looks pretty neat for the GBA. I'll keep you updated, but we probably won't have anything really cool for awhile. :)

Well, I hope for your sake that it's not UC. It would be good if it's something like IBS, because at least that doesn't damage your body. I've never had the barium enema, but I have had the small bowel follow through, where you drink the barium, and boy, did that suck.

I've had Crohn's since I was 16 - 8 years now. Hard to believe sometimes. But I'm sure that part of your depression is due to not knowing what's going on. I went through a lot before I was diagnosed. Everyone thought I was anorexic. When you do find out what it is, you'll feel relieved, no matter what they discover.

It is unusual for a person to know that many people in real life with IBD. Maybe it's more prevalent in this area due to our pollution.

Well, good luck, and keep us updated with what they find out.
