Shadow Recruit Blahblahblah
Click to viewToday we saw Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit with Chris Pine, Kevin Costner, and Keira Knightly in it. I didn't care too much for the movie at all. It was a toss up between this and Lone Survivor. Meh... I would've preferred to see Her in theater instead. Oh well. This was kind of a salute to Tom Clancy I guess. He passed away last October. I only got kind of excited when I recognized the actor that plays Xaro Xhoan Daxos in Game of Thrones. He was also in Ender's Game.
Bleh... the guys seemed to like it enough.
We went out for Little MadFish afterwards. The sushi there is always good. Other than that, the day was uneventful. I played some darts with Matt and his dad. Somehow...I won both times.
Oh, yes. We finished watching the 2nd season of Sherlock. Now we're moving onto the 3rd season. Yesterday we watched a movie recommended by Matt's co-workers. It's called The Ninth Gate with Johnny Depp in it. It's made in '99 by Roman Polanski. It really was not my cup of tea. His co-workers compared it Constantine. It's no where near as good! What the hell. I'm still scratching my head after seeing Gravity twice why people like it so much. GAH!
