Stayed late practicing at Kyles and ended up spending the night there, which was really fun, cause we got to screw around witht he microphones until Josh left and I introduced Kyle to Invader Zim (You FOOL!!). We now have 3 songs(Foo Fighters-There goes my hero, Green Day-When I come around, and Blink 182-Stay together for the kids) We're sticking to poppy stuff right now just for our sept. 17th concert because there's gonna be a lot of families there and we have no idea what they're going to like. Also, we're going to do I'm not OK, I promise even though Kent hates it and an acoustic version of Plush by Stone Temple Pilots, and if we have time we're going to work on an original. If anyone has a suggestion for a song we should play, post it here! But make sure it's fairly easy, cause we have a VERY short amount of time before the show. Make sure you come out to MacFarlane Park before you go to homecoming that day and check us out!
Anyway, this morning I went to church with kyle and kent and their parents and afterwards we went to Alessi Bakery (Hey Kent, want a hot dog?). Good stuff.
Feels good to be home now though... And of course as soon as I say that mom pops her head in the door and gives me a lost of chores. Oh well.
