i-i just discovered something incredible!!!

i totally didn't know that you can make scrambled eggs in the microwave.  did.  not.  totally.  know.  that.  omg.  h-hush, i cook things on a stove and only use the microwave to heat up things, okay?.  country girl at heart.  sorry i haven't kept up with cooking technology XP.  anyway, man, those eggs were rising up the bowl like a souffle and totally thought they were gonna explode or creep over the bowl rim.  hahaha, it looked so light and fluffy!  that was a fascinating sight to see.

okay aside from the fascinating discovery of eggs cooking in a microwave, wednesday wasn't too bad except . . .  I DUNNO BUT HOW COME MAH INSTRUCTORS THIS YEAR ARE ALL WEDNESDAY HAPPY?  HUH?  homework due every wednesday, exams on wednesday, assignments due on wednesday (okay that's partially 'cause the class only meets on wednesdays . . .).  whut is up with that huh?  makes this person very stressed.  see, her hair's falling off like autumn leaves.  hahaha, i was so looking forward to the lunar eclipse except . . . it's next wednesday!  see, instructors, see what happens when you mess up the monotony of wednesdays???

had a momentary bout of nausea hence the simple dinner of hot rice in water and microwaved scrambled eggs.  ngah, gots to go shopping for food tomorrow.  let's see what shall i get . . . definitely some bok choy, need some greens in the country girl's stomach.  i have a bamboo steamer that's needs to be used and i'm thinking of making some spring rolls . . . mmmmm . . . o-or bok choy wrapped around some seasoned chicken, ginger, lettuce, and carrots.  maybe some vermecilli noodles with it . . . naaah too much.  a-and then for dipping sauce fish sauce mixed with some pepper.  mmmm, that sounds good.  sushi and sashimi are good too . . . especially unagi . . . unagiiii wait for meeee!!!  i'll come get you one day.
