caturday is here
So, last night I got a chair. I LOVE IT!
It's a dark walnut wood, with the best freakin' fabric on the seat. It's a crushed velvety type material, that's got stripes on it in maroon, gold, green, blue and cream. (Sounds busy, but it they're like, one inch stripes, that alternate with the cream color ones.)
I went and got some paint this morning, a nice off white color, and I've already got one coat on. It's making it brighter, which is nice. It was a little dark to begin with.
Anyhow. Ethan's sleeping, (he's gotta work a 3rd tonight. BOO! He also worked one last night, and he works a 2nd tomorrow. But, then he has Monday off.)
God, I love the movie "The 40 year old virgin" I could watch it any time, and still laugh like a bastard. I'm watching it right now. They just waxed him.
Last night, I bought a copy of "Murderball" from the video store. Only 5 bucks!!!! I love that movie like nothing else. I got to hear Mark Zupan speak when he came to GVSU last winter. He's amazing. You sit and listen to him, and as soon as he starts speaking, you forget he's in a wheelchair. He doesn't bitch about being a quadrapalegic, and he's said before that his accident was the best thing that ever happened to him. I highly suggest you watch it, you'll love it.
Anyhow.
I'm gonna go putz around on the interweb, then in a bit, I'm gonna go put another coat of paint on my chair.
