hump day!
Oh man.
This morning sucked.
To begin with, I was woken up at 6 am (almost an hour before I even need to be up) by the neighbor's dog yapping (it's a miniature collie-it doesn't bark, it yaps. alot.) It did that for almost 20 minutes, when I finally got up.
Everything was fine until I laid down to take a nap until the girls got up. I woke up with my head threatening to explode, and my stomach felt icky. I got Ethan to go get me some Excedrine and sprite, and once I got something in my tummy, I felt a bit better.
Ethan has today off, and got his allowance this week, so we're gonna go do some shopping this evening. I'm gonna go get a skirt, because I don't want to wear dress pants this weekend (hot weather+snug fitting dress pants=very uncomfortable), and we both need to pick up a few things at the mall and all that.
He's actually snoring away on the couch right now, and sweating all over my damn pillow. August is fighting a nap right now on the couch. I put her in her chair a while ago to have a snack, and when I went to check on her, she was *almost* asleep (very cute to watch. she was doing the head nod and all that...hehe) so, I laid her on the couch, and she's doing what we call "The Butt Dance" where she wiggles her butt around until she falls asleep. It's rather amusing.
Uhm. Okay. I think I'm going to go water the plants in the back yard. Samantha was going to do it, but went to play instead. Oh well. Gives me something to do.
