OH!!!
I completely forgot to tell a story, that in actuality isn't that funny, but it is in a sense.
So, Samantha has this friend, Ashley, who not only speaks in a monotone,but also uses the word "hers" instead of saying "she". Like "Is hers home?" rather than "Is she home?"
Anyhow. Samantha and Maddie are running down the sidewalk, and they're both talking at me at the same time, when all of a sudden, I see a quick flash go past on a bike, hear "THUD!" *silence* "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH"
Ashley, while not paying attention to where she's going, she has ridden her bike into the mailbox.
Luckily it's one of those sturdy plastic ones, so it wasn't too rough.
Best part about it?
She managed to hit it so hard, she popped open both doors on the mailbox (it's one that has the door on the front, and one on the back so you don't have to go out into the road.)
No, she wasn't hurt. She was okay, just shaken up.
Upon writing and reading this, it doesn't seem that funny. But, if you had been there, or if I were verbally relaying this story, you'd be laughing quite hard.
I know. I'm evil for laughing at a 6 year old running her bike into a mailbox. But it was pretty funny.
