(no subject)
I just had to clip Spaz's claws here a few minutes ago.
That has to be one of the most complicated things ever-you have to hold them by the scruff of the neck (it kind of puts them to sleep) and clip their claws, but be careful not to cut to the quick, or they'll bleed. The main problem is doing it by yourself and holding him with one hand, and clipping with the other...he squirms alot, which adds more problems..Oh well. He got clipped (front and back claws this time) now, all he needs is a bath, but he won't get that until Ethan and I finally get more bedding. Clean ferret in a clean cage. Yay!
he's playing on the couch now. He's been biting the bars of his cage lately, trying to get my attention, so I got him out to play. I might go get him some melon in a few minutes. He deserves a treat. Last night he got some hamburger bun, and a bit of the burger itself-he was a happy little weasel.
Anyhow. Doing laundry, relaxing. Maybe watch the final Sopranos' tonight, but I might wait until tomorrow, to watch it with Ethan. Who knows.
I'm excited-Top Chef starts up again next week!! YAY! I finally have a show to watch during the summer, now that all my other fave shows have finished for the seasons.
Okay off to get melon for Spaz.
