Been feeling a little under the weather the past week or so. It's getting better, but not as quickly as I'd like. I guess that's going around here lately? Seems to be that time of year.

Oh, really? The swords instructor is ill, I don't think it matters.

By all means, don't. He called in ill, apparently, its what I've heard from the others. But there's always Steiner if you want to brush up on your swords?

No. He seems to have "special" treatment for the females, it seems.

That's true. I won't lie, I've been entertaining the thought of transferring classes... but I worked so hard to prove I was good enough for the advanced class that I don't know if I should.

I've noticed that. He claims he does it in the name of treating us all like equals, but he absolutely does not treat the boys the way he treats the girls. :/

Terra, do you need anything? I can bring you something if it will make you feel better: tea, soup, those little strawberry cookies they sell at Atticus' bakery...erm, not that I'm saying that junk food is good when you're sick. It does help improve your mood.

Don't worry yourself about your instructors. If they cannot understand the needs of the students then they bloody damn well shouldn't be teaching. Take your rest, and if you-know-who makes a big stink about it I'll simply explain to the administration that you're ill and he's a twit.

I don't want you to get sick if you come over here! The soup does sound nice... I'm not sure I could stomach the cookies though. What a sad, sad day it is.

Kalina Ann just told me that Sephiroth is feeling poorly too, so there aren't classes for him to give me trouble about missing. I promise, I'll take a couple of days off to rest. Thank you for offering to go to the administration for me. :)
