I finally got to order with my voucher... but it took almost two months...

They had a problem on their website: you couldn't finalize the order and so it canceled the order each time...

Unfortunately I lost my ranking from before...I contacted their customer services but alas they couldn't help.

I tried making a purchase this weekend and to my surprise it worked... since I was just playing around, I didn't get to order the actual stuff I wanted to buy...

Anyway, they spammed my inbox sending me the same message I have to pay extra for the shipping fee : one email every two hours to remind me I owe them money... not good not good.
