I'm just a fucked up girl who is looking for my own peace of mind.
I forgot how much I loved having movie channels (all the HBOs, all the Cinemaxes, all the Showtimes, etc). I have watched at least part of all the following movies within the past couple days:
Star Wars: Return of the Jedi
Star Wars: The Phantom Menaceo
Star Wars: Attack of the Clones
American Psycho
The 40-Year Old Virgin
Pretty Woman
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Batman
Scream
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Of the ones I had never seen before (American Psycho, 40-Year Old Virgin and Scream) I definitely want to see all of American Psycho, I only saw the last hour. I felt a little underwhelmed by 40-Year Old Virgin, I didn't see the first 30 minutes though. It was still good, don't get me wrong, but of the sex comedies from 2005, Wedding Crashers is still my favorite. I did love the "You know how I know you're gay? You listen to Coldplay." line, ahahaha. And I really loved Scream. I didn't know if I would or not, but I really really liked it.
I had also forgotten how amazing Eternal Sunshine is. I remember liking it and all, but I forgot how awesome it was. I love when that happens.
As for it being Mother's Day, my mom worked all morning, got home, yelled at me to unload the dishwasher and mow the lawn and left to go to Greenville while I was mowing the lawn. last year I didn't see her at all, so at least this was a little better.
And no Jensen Ackles dreams last night, but I did get my signed photo from his fan mailing! I found it on the counter today, it must have been in the mail earlier. My mother, being the nosiest woman alive, had already opened it. I don't care if it's preprinted, it's all the same to me. I wonder if Jared's fan listing thingy works. Which reminds me, I have got to get my Ryan Dunn signed stuff framed, I'm afraid it's going to get all messed up soon.
Anyway, I guess that's it for me, for now anyway. I have an urge to go play Paper Mario
