My logic:

It is a dog.
I already have a dog called Richard which I have yet to see in action, and considering Harry's coma state, probably won't ever.
I should have a dog called Richard which I will definitely see in action.
I need a GF called Richard to complete the GF/Top Gear theme.
It's either Richard or Fluffy.

I would also like the public to know that, before she lost her first set of saved data, she had named Quezacotl 'Harry'. Which I thought was absolute genius. I AM THE TERRIFYING GOD OF THUNDER, AND MY NAME IS... um... Harry?

That's exactly the reasoning we used on naming our characters in Eye of the Beholder. I AM A FEARSOME LEVEL 15 FIGHTER/THIEF AND MY NAME IS, er, Harry! TREMBLE, UNDEAD MONSTERS!
