The theme of today's 13 Sentinels entry is 'thousands of question marks'. I talk here about Minami, Ei and Miura's storylines, and about Gouto's prologue.
Android Tamao (or 426 in Android Tamao's body?) just called BJ 'Miura-kun' and I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS. I HAVE AN INFINITE QUANTITY OF QUESTIONS.
I love Ei wondering whether, before he lost his memories, he was planning to accept or reject Fuyusaka's confession. Did he return her feelings? He just doesn't know!
Ei immediately pulling out his own gun when Megumi pulls a gun on him is a great moment, after she's pulled a gun on so many other people and the reaction has just been (understandable) alarm.
Have to admire Tomi for coming across this standoff and just going HEY, GUYS, DON'T SHOOT, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING

Tomi: Well, clearly I'm just a hopeless busybody.
Tomi is great and I love her.
Ei lost his memories because his nanomachines were infected? That's messed up, but I'm fascinated by the exploration of how, if you fill a person with computers, that person becomes vulnerable to computer viruses.
I hugely enjoyed Miura and Minami's '????' reaction to learning that their inexplicable future selves are in a relationship.
FUTURE MINAMI CALLED YUKI 'MOM' AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING
I was not expecting examining my gun in front of a police officer to have consequences! I just did it without any thought! It didn't occur to me that the game might have accounted for that possibility! Whoops.
Okino getting right up close to Ei! I love it when Okino flirts with other guys in front of Hijiyama.
WHAT THE FUCK, OKINO ERASED HIS OWN IDENTITY AND PROGRAMMED HIS NANOMACHINES TO SIMULATE AN AI VERSION OF HIMSELF
(Okino is fairly explicitly nonbinary but generally seems to go by he/him, so that's what I'm using here.)
Basically, he's an AI version of himself programmed into the nanomachines inside his empty body, and that is fucked up. I'm fascinated and appalled.
I just accept things like 'the adult Morimura speaking through the body of her child clone' by this point. I don't even question it.
I have a slight suspicion that the 2188 Shikishima CEO is either Ida or Gouto.

In non-spoilery news, I love Miura's embarrassed little three-quarter back-turned, tipping-hat-over-eyes pose.
