- K1-B0 is sorry for the inconvenience, but there is no need for Shuichi to worry: although K1-B0 has never shared a bed with anyone, he is familiar with the concept, and with his superior abilities, he is certain to pull it off flawlessly! Shuichi is embarrassed, but K1-B0’s optimism reassures him a little. K1-B0, however, gets more and more flustered as the night goes on. He keeps waking Shuichi up by committing all the social taboos of bed-sharing and panicking about it, such as: making the bed creak, knocking feet or elbows, and at one point, falling off the bed. Shuichi tries to be patient and reassuring, and mostly succeeds, but he is getting more annoyed with each new blunder. They are both exhausted in the morning. Miu and Kokichi happily jump at the opportunity to assume they had sex all night, and tell everybody about it.
- Kokichi is very happy to be sharing a bed with Shuichi, and milks it for all its worth: cuddles, teasing, complaints about Shuichi’s cold feet, sexual innuendos and threats, he basically spends the night driving Shuichi up the wall. Shuichi gets fed up with it and lets Kokichi have the bed. Kokichi whines about Shuichi abandoning him, then celebrates having the bed all to himself, but keeps harassing Shuichi all night. Neither of them gets any sleep.
- Kaede is nervous to share a bed with a boy, but Izuru says he doesn’t care, and as far as she can tell, he means it. (Honestly, she is not sure whether or not she should find it vexing.) As it turns out, he is the ideal sleeping partner: he doesn’t turn, doesn’t snore, doesn’t get up in the middle of the night, he just lies perfectly still and lets Kaede have most of the space and covers; she can’t even tell if he is awake or asleep. If she couldn’t hear him breathing beside her, she would wonder if he was even alive. Somehow, that creeps her out so much that she can’t sleep at all.
I also considered the "Top Five Canon and Non Canon OTPs" Meme you posted about, but it is proving very hard to choose indeed... Also, I am unsure what qualifies as Canon when it comes to ships: does it mean the characters officially have feelings for each other, or just at least one of them? And when do romantic implications stop being ship tease and become Canon? In some works of fiction, the line is rather blurry.

All of these scenarios are delightful! Poor embarrassed disaster Naegi. And your Gundham voice is great.
I laughed aloud at 'Kuzuryuu rolls himself into a Hinata-scented cover burrito during the night and does, indeed, make a scene in the morning.' He would be so pissed off.
The K1-B0 scenario is incredible all the way through, and 'Miu and Kokichi happily jump at the opportunity to assume they had sex all night, and tell everybody about it' is the most perfect possible note to finish it on. They absolutely would.

I'm delighted by your weird Kaede/Izuru shipping, and by poor unsettled Kaede. I'm impressed that you've come up with a plausible scenario for two characters who never meet!
I'd love to hear your OTP answers, if you come up with them! Honestly, my measure of 'canon' was just 'what makes it easier for me to come up with five of each?' (which is why I made the highly questionable decision to count Ikusaba/Naegi as canon).

- The Ultimate Impostor takes up most of the bed, but there is no risk of Mitarai falling off: the Impostor can't stop Mitarai from working himself to exhaustion during the day, so they make damn sure Mitarai gets proper rest at night. To that end, they keep Mitarai trapped in their arms all night, with Mitarai facing the opposite direction so they don't smother him. Mitarai is too tired to care, and by the time he wakes up, the Imposter is already gone. Oddly enough, both of them sleep better like this.
…This is my new headcanon for their sleeping arrangement in Danganronpa 3.
Poor Naegi indeed. With his luck, he probably woke up on top of Kirigiri, to his utter mortification and her mild annoyance. And Gundham is pretty hard to voice, but a ton of fun! And, well, he is not really exaggerating here, nocturnal pets are a disaster. I am so used to my cat getting hungry in the middle of the night that whenever she sleeps in my bed, I automatically wake up at four to feed her. Demon beasts; can't live with them, can't live without them. Fortunately, Sonia understands.
Poor Kuzuryuu: he tried so hard to be cool, but he embarrassed himself anyway. Stop being considerate, Hinata, you're not helping!
The lack of Shuichi/K1-B0 fanfiction saddens me, especially since there was no mention of K1-B0 after the end of the game in V3... I mean, it makes sense that Shuichi/Kokichi, Shuichi/Kaito and Shuichi/Kaede get the most attention, but still! Therefore, the K1-B0 scenario was especially fun to do; glad you liked it! Also, I love how your default reaction to anything Kokichi does is: "KOKICHI" What else is there to say? It’s Kokichi.
I am truly baffled by how much I grew to care about Izuru and this absurd pairing. He is exactly the kind of flat overpowered character I normally hate, but somehow it works because he is also basically Hinata's ghost, and I find that both very unsettling and horribly sad. As for the ship, I blame the Talent Development Plan cutscene between the two: the fact that Izuru pushes away literally everyone but Kaede (and Usami and Nanami, but these two are special cases for very tragic reasons) struck a chord within me, especially because it had to do with music (my parents are musicians), and Kaede was the only one who could find fault in his performance, since music requires feeling. The dynamic and messed up circumstances fascinate me, so the scenario was surprisingly easy to come up with.

I probably will! I am starting to narrow the list down. Although I think I will write them in a comment, if you don’t mind. After I left my lj account for dead in the middle of filling a meme, I would rather not bring it back to life with another meme fill.
