I think Monobear (who makes bear puns like my favourite character from Persona 4, Teddie - why bear puns, game? Teddie and Monobear are nothing like ;~~;) would probably make it so that they all watch each other die, especially the criminal because he has to see the consequences of his actions - because (s)he got away with murder, (s)he will have to watch everybody else die before being allowed out (and even then, Monobear would probably have planted land mines all over the exit so Too bad,. murderer! Guess you won't be living after all!'. I'll be honest though, I think Monobear is one of my favourite characters in the game so far.
I think the only way you could introduce Silent Hill into the workings is more along the lines of 'death by silent hill'! Or, possibly, 'Monobear in Silent Hill being punished for his actions'! But yeah, I'd totally read that.
And I think there are certain characters who would be amazing to read about in these situations - I mean, like you mentioned with the Glee cast; that could be interesting (especially if it was someone so unexpected like Artie because, let's face it, with how he feels about being in a wheelchair, if he was given the promise of being able to walk if he got out, I think he could kill someone); but also, with very moral characters who are now put in a situation where everything isn't as simple as right and wrong morality perhaps not Jane, though, because, if he did snap, he could use his mentalist abilities to convince everybody else to kill each other and get away with murder - Monobear DID stress that it's only the person who does the actual killing who gets punished, but whether that's only in relation to accomplices or if tricking someone else to commit murder would count is another thing entirely

D:! If I was the graduate, I think I'd prefer to be blown up by landmines. Also, I can see it now - Monobear and Pyramid Head marching down the hallways, intimidating people and teachers alike, stealing money, torturing claustrophobic maths teachers by locking them in cupboards/strike>, and causing lots of general chaos.
