Boosting The Signal (Somewhat)
Hello folks. I haven't posted here in a while, mostly because being unemployed leaves precious little going in in your life. :) Holding patterns require no updates.
However, I am now employed, and have availed myself of something brought to my attention by DivaLion and Random221B.
For those of you that have enjoyed HBO's Game of Thrones, I *highly* recommend going to YouTube and keying in the words 'game of thrones otaku'. OtakuAssemble! is a channel of mostly anime reviews by a very exuberant young man, who decided he enjoyed the premier episode of Game of Thrones enough to post episodic reviews on hia channel as well. He's never read the books, and comes at everything with a fresh perspective, and has some skilled insights as he reviews the series.
I know many of you have read the novels as well. Before watching the review for Episode 9, when Eddards faet is decided, you MUST watch the video titled 'Reaction to Episode 9', filmed by the fellows roommate. You will all sympathise, I'm sure!
