And so, here's the arduous tale of the juniper removal:
Ha - suckers!
Beer fridge is almost, almost functional! The equipment is there, the side wall of the fridge is tested (no cooling plates) so once the drill bit is acquired, awaaayy we go!
Of course, after it's 'functional' comes the extra work, rebuilding the platform (3 kegs = 120lbs!), looking into building a gas-inlet so that the co2 tank can be external to the fridge, drip tray, etc.
