Mystery cramps are back

Crippling painful cramps begun again this morning. I took an industry-strength pill and it's working for now. Last time these cramps went on for 3-4 days. I don't know how I'll get through this again, bar XTREME pill-popping. And perhaps washing it down with vodka.
