rambles of procratination
Let me say first that I think Casey was a cat in a former life. He is laying on the couch across from me curled up in the littlest ball. All I can see is his head and the side of his leg. Too funny and too cute.
It has just been so busy lately in the life of Erin! The fundraiser is officially over and we made great profit for the program. Now concert season is in full swing and after thanksgiving the concert rush will begin. I also had musical auditions at school and we officially casted for Schoolhouse Rock Live.
I only have 4 classes left in my grad class! Woohoo! I have 2 papers and a midterm though :(
So the countdown for the results of the national board certification has officially started. It can be announced any time in November. Well....that is when they have usually announced it every year. But this morning I got a total false alarm. I got an email this morning that said "candidate update". I started to seriously get nervous. It is here! The score! Well..no score. :( But an email saying they have been getting an abundance of inquiries about when the scores will be posted, and that the official guidelines for the certification say they just have to post it by Dec. 31st. WHAT!?!? I can't wait that long! But they did say they are an schedule to post it and it will probably be posted sooner than that. And they will send an email saying when the scores are posted. ......... my patience is running thin
This stupid weather being warm then cold, etc. has landed me with a sinus infection. YAY! So that is slowing me down a little this weekend. I am going to get some laundry and cleaning done, then head off to the library later today. AJ has been working like a dog these past couple weeks and just getting into town today. Ris wants me to come down and hang out and do some shopping with her. So many things! Can I fit them into one day?!?!
Oh yeah! The four of us hung out last weekend on saturday night and had a blast! We chilled out Seth and Ris' and made a fire in their fire pit. We talked, roasted marshmallows & made smores, etc. It was really awesome. We are looking forward to doing it again soon!
