(no subject)
I'm at Gerstein sitting at a computer by the window so I can peek out at Convocation Hall. Hopefully I'll notice when the ceremony is over so I can go meet Leslie and her entourage! It only started at 2:30 though soooo I'll have some time to kill. I took a picture of Leslie in the processional and she looks SUPER EXCITED.
I haven't updated in a long long time but nothing exciting has been happening. I'm working all the time and I never want to fiddle with my computer after I get home so lj is neglected!
Work is good but semi-stressful. In bed before I fall asleep I'm usually replaying the day to make sure I didn't screw up anything, which is silly because it really doesn't matter that much anyways! If you ever need baby things, talk to me. I'm an expert now. FOR REAL.
Gordon and I saw Knocked Up a couple of weeks ago and I LOVED it. I really really did. Please see it. I especially enjoyed Paul Rudd and the Vegas part.
I sewed a shirt thing this week and stayed up late last night to finish it, only to put it on and realise it's WAY TOO BIG. This is why I dislike sewing for myself. I can sew for other people, but when I sew for myself, even if I did everything PERFECTLY, it ends up awful. I'm going to try to rip all the seams and size down each piece by two sizes and sew it all together again.
How boring is this post?
Oh, so for the last couple of weeks my cat Gizmo was sick. He didn't poop for like a week and then he did finally but he wasn't eating or drinking or grooming himself. Then later he started eating a bit, then drinking a bit, and then on Sunday he started to groom! It was really very exciting. I'm so glad he's well!
