I'm so in love with this house! (I really need to stop being in love with hats and houses and other silly things.)
I look at houses online all the time but I don't think I've ever been this enthusiastic about a particular one. It looks kind of dump-ish in the photos but oooo I see the potential! If you painted the ugly green of the trim on the front of the house into something nicer... and built-in bookshelves in the "study loft" above the living room, which has a ladder... ahh!
And it has an orchard and trout pond!
And lots of outbuildings, one of which seems to be a greenhouse (cue Gordon's excitement).
And a big treed border...
And a big long driveway...
And it's so cheap!
I wish I magically had down-payment money
