I was dreaming and when I woke up I realized it wasn't a dream...
After all I've worried this year, today I realized it's going to be fine. Everything is going to be perfect. Not always, but in the long run.
I had an interview today for a scholarship and one of the men asked me "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" I looked at him and said, "In five years I may still be in college working on a masters or I may be living with six other people in a closet in New York City. Either way, whatever I'm doing, I'll be happy." I don't know where these words came from, but they are true.
Everything they asked me and everything I said today told me a lot about myself. I've been prepared well and I'm ready. I can go now and do anything; however fate hands it to me, I can do it and be happy.
It's comforting to get answers out of life when you never asked because you didn't know what to ask and trip upon the answer when you least expect it.
