Surfing

When I was a teenager this stretch of the beach on Palm Beach was a big surfer hangout...the way the beach and a reef out in the water were formed caused some nice sized waves.  My buddies and I would drive down to surf and hang out on the beach.....it was totally different then.

I don't think the cops should give tickets if the changers are modest about it and facing their cars and not putting on a show. I wouldn't mind a show but understand about parents being freaked out.

Yeah, it was not a show, the guy would basically face the car door which was open, drop the wet suit and pull on the dry shorts....it was/is innocent. I think back in the day we would not have thought twice about doing it even if a cop was acress the street. I understand about parents being a little freaked now but tickets are a bit much. I can honestly say all the times we went, I dont think I ever saw anymore then a butt cheek here and there! Now Palm Beach is busy year round....even in the dead of summer, there is still alot of visitors. When are you coming back to FL? Sorry I missed you last trip.
