I still love you. I have ever since that night I called and you knew who I was even before I spoke. I loved you during the summer you were gone and the year you were around. I loved you when we were naked and when we were clothed. I loved you in the snow and in the sunshine. I have always loved you.
I don't want to lose you but I have a distinct feeling that you don't love me anymore. What happened to forever? What happened to all the promises you made about, well, everything? I know that I haven't always lived up to my end of the bargain but I never stopped loving you. Never ever. Does that sound foolish? I think it does. It's silly to love someone who doesn't love you back but there it is. I do love you.
