I knew it was going to be a mistake not tying up my Internal Editor and dispensing with the duct tape this year.
I got ambushed by Super Ninja Internal Editor last night.
And it started out so innocently, "Oh, wait, that guy had a different name at the beginning, didn't he?" Slam, whack, whack, stomp,stomp, stomp. "Ow!"
Ok so it went more like this: "Find/Replace, search all, backspace, cut, cut, cut, backspace, delete."
But it was still unexpected to find myself 11,000 words in and editing when I was supposed to be writing at 10:00 last night. 10:00?!? OMG! Do you know how many words I can get in btween 10:00 and midnight?
