50 Book Challenge
Guilt is a great motivator. I'm going to try to read more and watch less TV. Stupid Food Network and Diners, Drive-ins and Dives!
So here we go... I don't do book reports, this is just to help me keep track and remember what I read.
1/50 A Perfect Blood by Kim Harrison
10th in The Hollows series
Fantasy
What I liked: Jenks. But I always like Jenks. There wasn't enough Jenks in this book. I did like the tension and reluctant acceptance that Rachel comes to with Trent. Come on, grow up and face it already Rach: Trent is in love with you! I liked the scene with Al and the babies, a lot.
What I didn't like: It seems the author has Rachel internally bidding goodbye to Jenks and Ivy, drawing away from them.
