I hate a house shopping.
Like really bad. Last weekend we saw 2 houses one of which I frigging loved but someone outbid us on the price. It was huge and perfect and had everything I needed from a house. The second one is 300square ft smaller, 6 years older, will need more work on it, but in a better location... Now I have a frigging huge dilemma, by 5pm tomorrow the house will be gone. We may or may not find anything better... So we can get it and some time in the next few month something better will pop up. Or we can miss it and regret it...
