VICTORIAN ROMANCE EMMA~~~
I haven't seen such a nice love story in agessssss~~ And this is one for the books~ I just finished the 2nd season (I started this anime when I was still in China and it was only recently that they've released the last 3 episodes of the 2nd season), and I don't think there'll be any more sequels after this one, because it's got such a lovely ending. *SIGH* I wish I could've seen it dubbed, since as the title suggests, it's set in Victorian England (think Princess Sarah, although the story is much more complicated, as it is a love story between a maid and a member of the gentry). It's just odd to watch them speak in Japanese, but you get used to it in a while. I can't recommend this to people who like action and fantasy, because it's more like a... a... romance telenovela? I think the title already says it all. You learn a lot about how life during the Victorian era was like and the issues of class division and discrimination in their society. It is such a lovely, lovely anime. *swoon*
