So, lately, I've been discouraged to all heck when it comes to Vdex. I've felt like a failure when it comes to my goals, I felt hated by a lot of people I felt were/are friends, and just felt at a loss.
It's like no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get anywhere. I can't afford to breed most of the Pokemon left, nobody sells for reasonable prices, berry growing sucks, and my refreshing for Pikachu-ness is still failing. However, to cheer me up a bit, Junri ended up surprising me with a quicker way to look through the Pokemon caught during the Tanabata event (as I still need two) AND gave me a Halloween Froslass (which I Shiny Ball'd) and a Halloween Shedinja (so I only need one more) which really helped lift a lot of the stress off.
Recently, along with Shiro's awesome new project, she hinted there would be another Tanabata event and a special Jirachi may show up on Mirage Island from the 7th onwards (exactly for how long is unknown). Because of this, two items would be coming out to help you find your time (One would tell you the day. The other would tell you if it was in the hour.) that would be PD only--I fail at earning Pokedollars so I was a bit paranoid as even if I had enough, it'd be all my money, thus, I decided I'd go and try and refresh a bit and who knows, maybe I find it.
So, I'm refreshing every minute for a while and still feeling kind of down. Eventually, my clicking slows and this continues a bit. Well, today, I just ended up clicking a quick refresh since I had finally gotten back from dinner and may want to give it another try.
To my surprise, I had found it. I somehow found it. A nonchalant lazy click = key to finding my Mirage Island time. I don't know how or why, but I just can't stop grinning. I just feel somewhat accomplished and less of a failure--it was like a big motivation booster.
Thus, my Mirage Island time is 7:05PM EST on Wednesday. I kind of want to buy the items anyway as I love collecting things and out of curiousity for my other time, but overall, I'm more worried about accidentally leaving...even if I'm a few weeks early.
