My Review of DragonCon (or “Where Did All of These People Come From?”)

Alright, here is the long anticipated DragonCon 2010 review! It's kinda lengthy, so I put it all under several cuts for your convenience.

Neat! I can't believe there's that many people attending Dragon*CON every year - how many did they estimate visited put together?

I've heard a bit of I:Scintella's stuff, but not much. I'm not sure if it's really my cup of tea.

I'm sorry about those random huge guys blocking your view at the Voltaire-gig, though. That really sucks. I hear a lot of people who don't like his Country Record at all, which I don't judge at all. I love it so far, but I'm a sucker for oldschool country to begin with. His style has changed a lot during the years, though - I really enjoyed To The Bottom of the Sea, but I can see why older fans wouldn't like it. It's a completely different sound than The Devil's Bris and Almost Human.

Pandemic... That title sounds familiar, but I doubt it is that zombie apocalypse-game I played online a while back. XD I think it had the same name.

Also: Little Mermaid Sega Game? That sounds really awesome.

Your cosplay looked great, I wish I could do cosplays. There's a few... um... cosplay 'clubs' here, but I'm not really that much into it - and there's a yearly convention. Nothing like Dragon*CON, though. It's biggest focus has been on Japan, but in the later years they've evolved to focus on gaming and sci-fi too.
