Getting out of GUN HQ had taken Shadow longer than he had wanted, but that was over and done with and he wouldn't have to go back there for a good long while.

Of course that's behind him, as Shadow stands on a familiar hill, looking at the city of Westopolis and looking for a certain E-series robot.

"Shadow."

Omega walks up, plainly visible for the majority of the trip. Here, he has no fears.

"Omega." Shadow says in greeting, nodding in Omega's direction. "Kept you waiting?"

"Not long. What did you want to discuss?"

Shadow turned his attention back to the skyline.

"Mephiles."

[lastoftheline]

"Understood. What are you doing?"

[ringsthatbind]

"Currently? I have Rouge and Maria up on the Ark, and have told the others that I have been in contact with to be careful." He sighs. "Other than staying away from Soleanna and keeping on eye on what he is doing on that community? I have no idea what to do now."

"Eradicate him."

... "It won't be that simple."

That and having no clue where, or when, Mephiles is puts a damper on that. But Shadow assumes Omega gets that.

"It will not be that easy. However, the concept is not complicated."

[ringsthatbind]

"Of course not." Shadow started walking, away from the city. "The concept is easy. It's the steps to get there and pulling it off that's the hard part, Omega."

"Understood. What is the plan?"

[ringsthatbind]

"Stay out of Soleanna and just stay on guard, that's the plan for now." He stops and crosses his arms now. "And try and get all the Chaos Emeralds too."

"Chaos Emeralds. Then what?"

[ringsthatbind]

A shrug. "We'll figure that out when it happens."

[lastoftheline]

"Roger. I will begin searching immediately."

[ringsthatbind]

"Good. Keep in touch." And with that Shadow will leave.
