Still too hot!
Ok, so this humidity isnt going away. Even Rage says how awful it is, its horrible!!! It actually makes me look forward to winter - at least things are quaint then, and if your cold you can do something about it.
Anyway, so last night I went all the way to Burslem for Port Vale Vs Forest in the Leage Cup. Its not really an important match - a cup run is always nice, but in the League Cup people dont really care so much, they care more for the FA Cup in January but not the League Cup (there are two cups you see Liz). But anyway I went because I'd never been to Port Vale before. I had a nice drink in one of the pubs, it was all nice, and the ground is weir, one of the stands is only half finished. Well, forest werent bad but not great either, we had a man sent off and the refferee was against us, and eventually it finished 0-0, which meant we had to play extra time. Extra time still nobody scored, so it was a penalty shoot out to decide who went through to the nest round, and thankfully we won the shootout. Everyone was jumping up and down in delight, it was strange because people arent that bothered by this cup, but after two hours of that match we were glad it wasnt for nothing and we won.
Today I went into town, for no particular reason, just for something to do. I got my name printed on my new shirt, I saw my Dad for the first time in ages and had a nice quiet drink in Wetherspoons. I wish some of my friends werent so broke, would be nive to go out more often. Oh well. Work finally tomorrow, so I have something to do :) Oh yeah, i finished One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest today. I might start reading animal farm again soon
