“Yamashita-kun!”

Tomohisa was walking down the corridor of his jimusho, preparing to leave for his dinner destination when a familiar voice called out to him. He stopped in his tracks and turned his head to find Nakamaru Yuichi, Jin’s closest friend in KAT-TUN, jogging up to him.

“Oh, Nakamaru-kun, leaving too?”

Nakamaru nodded and Tomohisa gave a little wave of his hand as he waited for Nakamaru to catch up with him before the duo made their way over to the elevators. Although they’re not exactly on very close terms, Tomohisa likes Nakamaru and feels that he’s a caring and trustworthy guy. Even Jin has brought up the topic of how he enjoys Nakamaru’s company the most among KAT-TUN a couple of times when they updated each other on their work and such. Jin has even playfully coined a nickname for him, Nakamaru-nantoka-kun, and they had spent a good five minutes guffawing over how well it suited his image surprisingly. Reaching the elevators, Tomohisa was about to press the button but Nakamaru swiftly beat him to it. The duo laughed slightly at the awkwardness that sank in. There was a few seconds of silence before Nakamaru suddenly cleared his throat, indicating his desire to speak.

“Erm, Yamashita-kun?”

Yamashita turned his gaze over to Nakamaru and promptly nodded his head as a gesture for Nakamaru to speak out his mind. Awkwardness and embarrassment were somehow evident on the latter’s mind as he opened and closed his mouth a couple of times, as if trying his best to dig out the correct words from the vast sea of vocabulary.

“Is Jin all right?”

Surprise was evident on Tomohisa’s face as Nakamaru suddenly blurted out the words, laced with worry and concern, and the latter was quick to sense the change in atmosphere.

“I mean- I know it’s kind of weird to be asking you such questions when Jin is our fellow band member as well… But, well… you know. KAT-TUN is quite unique in our own way, so… And Jin has been looking quite bad for some time already… I thought he was just tired over preparing for his solo concerts. But now, since his concerts are over and there isn’t much schedules for him…”

Tomohisa smiled a genuine smile. Seems like Jin didn’t just enjoy Nakamaru’s company for no apparent reasons at all. He has been bumping into KAT-TUN members quite frequently at the jimusho these few days and none of the rest bothered to even bring up the topic of how bad Jin looked recently. Taguchi did though, but the way he ended it with a pun that Tomohisa couldn’t even understand deemed it impossible for the latter to give him much credit for his concerns.

“He is trying to adapt to some drastic changes that happened some time ago. Don’t worry too much, Nakamaru-kun. Jin just needs more time.”

Nakamaru made no attempt to question any further and simply let the matter rest, seemingly satisfied and put to ease with his answer. At that point of time, Tomohisa was reminded of another thing Jin has commented about what he likes about Nakamaru when he was drunk.

‘If you’re stressed, bully him and he’ll accept it readily as if he knows you needa de-stress. If you’re bored, talk nonsense with him and he’ll come up with more nonsense to entertain you. If you’ve a secret to share, tell him and he’ll guard it as if his life depended on it. If you’ve something you do not wish to share, he’ll never probe. That’s the best things about Nakamaru-nantoka-kun.’

… …

“Jin.”

Jin, who was sitting opposite Tomohisa at his dining table, looked up from the yakiniku bento that Tomohisa has brought over along with a dozen of ice-cold beers, his mouth stuffed full of rice and meat. Jin raised an eyebrow at Tomohisa, his usual way of asking Tomohisa to ‘shoot’.

“Are you coping fine?”

Tomohisa was greeted by a spray of half chew rice in his face, along with a series of coughs and splutters by Jin, who was thumping himself on his chest, obviously having choked on his food.

“Bakanishi!”

Tomohisa growled, grabbing a paper napkin from the corner of the dining table and wipe at his face furiously.

“I-I’m-I’m fine!”

The once grim lines on Jin’s face were forcefully split apart into an awkward grin. And Tomohisa thought that Shige was the one that’s most talented in fake-kimoi-smiles. Apparently, Jin was much more talented in that. Tomohisa sighed.

“Really? When was the last time you went out, Jin?”

Jin smirked as he proceeded to shove another mouthful of rice into his mouth.

“Yesterday-”

“Not for work, baka. Leisure purposes.”

Jin faltered. Knowing that he wouldn’t be able to come up with an answer to Tomohisa’s question, he kept silent as Tomohisa droned on.

“When was the last time you stepped into the club?”

Jin snorted as he rolled his eyes at his best friend, waving his chopsticks in Tomohisa’s face.

“Everybody has been asking me to stop clubbing like crazy then. You’re included, Pi.”

Tomohisa gave a shrug of his shoulders. Jin was right. Having Jin stop patronizing those clubs wasn’t so bad after all.

“When was the last time you met up with somebody for a meal together? Outside, restaurant, not with me, Ryo-chan or Yuu.”

Jin seemed to have given up on defending himself as he made no move to meet Tomohisa’s gaze. Instead he fixed his gaze on the remnants of his half eaten yakiniku bento as if it was the most interesting thing he has ever set eyes on.

“I’m sure you’ve not met up with Nakamaru-kun after work for quite some time already. He’s worried about you too, Jin. Came to talk to me about you just a few days ago when I bumped into him at the jimusho.”

Jin faked a nonchalant shrug of his shoulders as he waved a hand to dismiss Tomohisa’s words, even though it did make an impact on him.

“I seldom meet up with that Moai Statue in the first pla-”

“Bullsh*t! Only bring up the topic of dining with Nakamaru-nantoka-kun in your J-web once out of every 4 or 5 times you guys have met up doesn’t literally make it seldom, baka!”

Tomohisa chided, his brows furrowed into a worried frown. The ends of Jin’s lips dipped slightly into a sad frown for a split second as he shook his head mutely, refusing to admit that Tomohisa was spot on.

“For the past few months there are only 3 places to find you. Jimusho, along with whichever location you’re working at. Your apartment. Her apartment. I don’t even understand why you’ll visit her apartment at all. She’s not there anymore!”

Jin’s hand finally went limp and the chopsticks fell out of his hand, but he made no move to pick it back up. Instead, his hands travelled to his face, muffling his own voice as he cried out in a strangled voice.

“Because I miss her so much!”

Tomohisa sighed and place his own bento out of the way, clasping his hands together as he spoke.

“Then why don’t you go find her in Berlin?”

… …

Mia sighed as she climbed up the stairs that leads to her apartment the movie producers has prepared for her. Well, as expected from the half a billion dollar Hollywood production, they had gotten a cozy loft house for Mia and her current manager, Shimada. However, as Shimada’s sister happened to have immigrated to Berlin, having married a German, Shimada pretty much ended up living with her sister and Mia had the entire apartment to herself.

“Urgh, horrible training…This darned stairs never ends!”

Mia complained under her breath as she lugged her aching feet up the single flight of stairs painstakingly. This was the main reason why she was reluctant to accept the movie offer initially when it’s a once in a lifetime chance for her to break into the Hollywood. Mia was casted as the female lead, no doubt, but a very typical female lead suitable for Asians. Kuriyama Chiaki, Jackie Chan, Ziyi Zhang, Lee Byung Hun, Jet Li, Jeon Ji Hyun and Rain Jung Ji Hoon. Now Otome Mia has something in common with all those big names. They’ve all acted as a sturdy, steel-made, invincible ‘fighting machine’ that is only incapable of dying.

“What’s with this stupid stereotyping with Asians? They seriously need to know that we Asians are much more capable than just flying around on wires and kicking butts!”

Mia deadpanned as she finally made her way to the top of the stairs, her thigh muscles screaming in protest. Thumping her fists against them absentmindedly, Mia mumbled to herself as she hobbled over to her apartment unit.

“Now now, don’t cramp-up on me my babies. I still need you for tomorrow…”

Turning around at the corner, Mia was about to reach into her bag for her keys when a suspicious figure lurking around the corridor caught her attention. Mia frowned, squinting her eyes to get a better look at the medium built man with long messy hair, clad in loose fitting tattered jeans and a black hoodie. He was standing with his back against the door to her apartment, arms folded across his chest and his head lowered to the ground, a black luggage sitting on the floor beside him. Very cautiously, Mia approached the suspicious figure, her body tensing up automatically, just in case the situation arose whereby she had to either fight or take flight. She was only less than five metres away when the man noticed her presence and turned his gaze to meet hers. Mia gasped, her eyes widening in surprise. He gave a happy smile, raising a hand and gave her his unique little wave. The finger-wave, as she has coined it.

“Yo!”

Mia stood rooted to the ground and her mind went blank. Those eyes she has been dreaming of looking into; those lips she wishes to kiss again; those hair she wants to run her fingers though them again; the man she has been missing dearly for the past few months.

“Jin?!”

… …

Jin left his luggage sitting in the living room as he wandered around the apartment, his mouth slightly open in awe. He didn’t expect the unit to be this big, hidden behind that common looking door. A white sofa 6-seater set was sitting in the middle of the living room, with a matching white coffee table placed in front of it. A flat screen television was hanging on the wall opposite the sofa, topped up with a posh looking hi-fi set. At a corner of the living room was a flight of stairs that ascended up to the second floor, where two bedrooms could be seen.

“They provided you with a loft house?”

Mia nodded her head as she exited the kitchen with two mugs of coffee in her hand.

“Yup, do you expect any less from them?”

Handing one of the mugs to Jin, Mia settled down onto the sofa and Jin followed suit, sipping at the coffee as he did so. Mia, on the other hand, chose to place her own onto the coffee table as she finally found the courage to look at Jin in his eyes again.

“So, what are you doing here?”

Jin placed his mug of coffee onto the coffee table and started playing with his own hands, his eyes staring transfixed at the coffee mug. Mia knew him well enough to know that he’s nervous, but she didn’t know why.

“I erm… I… came to see you.”

Mia’s heart literally skipped a beat as Jin stumbled over his own words, clearly embarrassed and nervous, like a primary school child doing his first public speech in front of the entire school.

“I miss y-”

Jin didn’t manage to finish what he wanted to say for Mia suddenly doubled over, clenching her hands to her thighs and yelping in pain.

“Mia?”

Jin widened his eyes in shock as Mia pointed to her thighs, groaning out between her gritted teeth.

“Bad cramps…”

Jumping up from the sofa to ease up more space for Mia, Jin pulled Mia’s legs up and laid them on the sofa, fully stretched out. Without a second thought, he wrapped his hands around her thighs, one in each hand, and started kneading on her cramped up muscles.

“Jin.”

The way his name rolled out from her mouth suddenly made Jin conscience of Mia’s soft heated skin under his hands. His hands trembled, losing the rhythm for just a split second before Jin decided to push those naughty thoughts out of his mind first. He came here to make what went wrong right again, he couldn’t afford to screw everything up just because he got turned on all by himself.

“What did you say just now?”

Mia asked once again when she felt her cramped up muscles gradually relaxing under Jin’s fingers, her voice in a soft whisper. Jin’s fingers continued with the rhythmic kneading on her thighs while his eyes met hers.

“I said I miss you. I came here because I want to see you again. Not 1 or 2 years later, but right away. I’ve been missing you like crazy for the past few months; I can’t last till a year. You didn’t-”

Jin’s words were cut off as Mia leant forward and swiftly covered his lips with hers in a chaste gentle kiss that ended quickly enough for Jin to not deepen it, her lips closed.

“You didn’t even say goodbye, and I was the last one to know that you’re gone. From the newspaper.”

Tears welled up in Mia’s eyes as she finally noticed that particular emotion dancing in Jin’s eyes. That special emotion she has been hoping to see in him since forever. And she pressed yet another kiss to his pouty lips.

“I thought I could cope with it. I thought I could at least hold it in for 1 year. But just 3 months into it and everybody starts commenting on how bad I look.”

Tears started welling up in Jin’s eyes while Mia’s broke loose as she pressed another kiss to Jin’s lips.

“I can’t function properly anymore. I don’t even feel like stepping out of my house anymore unless it’s for work or to go over to yours. I don’t even know why I’m dropping by your house, since you’re not there anymore.”

Another kiss.

“Then Pi told me to come and find you here. And so I did.”

Jin finally took his hands off Mia’s thighs and brought them up to her face, thumbing away her tears as she cried.

“Since when?”

Jin didn’t need to ask what Mia was referring to.

“Since the day I first set my eyes on you.”

This time, it was Jin who pressed a tender kiss to Mia’s quavering lips, smiling slightly as he did so.

“Then why didn’t you tell me? You’re so stupid!”

Mia exclaimed as she grabbed Jin by his hoodie and pulled him in for a kiss. Her mouth was already open in anticipation when their lips met, her tongue peeking out to meet his. In an instance, the tip of their tongues swiped across each other and they moaned into each others’ mouth, both savouring the familiar tastes they’ve been missing for months. For a moment, their lips broke apart, leaving only the tip of their tongues dancing around each other erotically. Jin suppressed a loud moan, secretly enjoying the torture of such subtly erotic moment.

“Jin.”

Mia moaned his name in a breathless cry and Jin immediately gave in to his desires, attacking her with such fervent passion that made them both panting with the animalistic need to satisfy their matching desires. Mia’s heart raced and her chest heaved as her inner flame of desire burnt brightly. Finally, the two lovers broke apart, gasping for air. Jin felt his heart thumping against his ribs as he looked into Mia’s eyes, shining brightly with her love for him.

“I love you, Mia.”

It surprised him to realize how easy those words just rolled out of his mouth. There was not even a split second of uncertainty, not even any feeling of nervousness to make him stumble clumsily over his own words. It just came smoothly and naturally, like it’s just how it’s supposed to be.

“I love you too, Jin.”

Mia smiled as she replied, half expecting Jin to kiss her again. Instead, he stood up from beside the sofa and got out of arm’s length from Mia. Mia frowned while Jin merely threw her a sheepish grin.

“You-You’re not on the pill anymore, right?”

Confusion filled up Mia’s head as she nodded. She definitely had no more reasons to continue with birth control medication when she’s not sexually active.

“We’ll need to get some condoms… I err… don’t have any with me. Didn’t want to bring some along because it feels wrong. I mean, I didn’t fly all the way over just for that… Although I can’t deny now that I wish I did bring some over…”

Jin’s last sentence was reduced to a mere whisper but Mia still managed to hear it crystal clear and it made her self-conscious all of a sudden. Not knowing how to respond, Mia nodded her head meekly; a hot flush crept up her cheeks as Jin grabbed hold of his luggage and bounded up the stairs for escape.

“He’s still so stupid…”

… …

“Jin, the trolley is full!”

Mia complained as Jin dropped yet another two packets of bacons into the trolley, stacked full to the brim with different food and snack products the glutton has been picking off the shelves. They’ve decided to drive over to the town’s mega-mart to do some grocery shopping while getting that important item they’ll probably need for the night, since Mia’s fridge has been running low on reserves anyway. It’s Jin’s first time in Germany and literally every package intrigued him. He grinned.

“Jin, that’s just normal bacons. Put them back.”

Mia ordered and the initial grin on Jin’s face turned into a sad puppy look.

“But I like bacons. I want them for breakfast tomorrow.”

“You said the same for those honeyed hams, and this fruit and nut soft loaf, and this-”

“That’s for the day after, and that’s for the day after the next!”

Mia threw Jin an exasperated glare, to which the latter ignored. Jin’s on a natural high due to his happy mood and nothing can stop him from going crazy at the mega-mart. Chuckling merrily, Jin wrapped his hand around Mia’s dragging her along as he headed for the next section. Mia groaned. There’s still a lot more sections to cover.

It was nearly an hour later when the duo finally made their way out of the mega-mart, their hands loaded full with bags of food and snacks, heading for their car. From the corner of her eye, Mia noticed Jin fishing out that particular item from one of the bags he was carrying and stuffed it into his pocket. She frowned. And he threw her a sheepish grin.

“You know, there was once Pi and I went to the convenience store 20 minutes walk away from our houses a couple of years back. Then we spotted this in the grocery bag of a preppy lady. For the entire trip back, we were coming up with explicit details of how she’s going to put that thing to use.”

Mia’s jaw literally dropped and her eyes widened in genuine surprise.

“Oh my god, I didn’t know Yamashita-san will behave as stupidly as you!”

“Yeah- Eh?”

The smile on Jin’s face faltered for a second and his eyebrows furrowed together into a questioning frown. Mia giggled at his dimwittedness.

“Ne, Mimi-chan! Is this how you see your precious boyfriend?”

Mia looked so adorable as she doubled over with laughter, so much so that Jin couldn’t help but started chuckling as well. It wasn’t until they’ve loaded their groceries into the boot of Mia’s car did the amusement wore off. Turning over to Jin as he slammed the boot of her car shut, Mia smiled.

“Actually I’m glad Yamashita-san persuaded you to come over. I’ve been missing you like crazy over here too.”

Jin nodded his head; the smile plastered on his face was more than sufficient to prove his gratitude to his friend.

“He really sticks by me and tolerated all my nonsense then. Ah, I guess he really loves me a lot, huh!”

Mia merely shook her head at his inflated ego as she whacked him on his shoulder, narrowly missing his sensitive collarbones as he ducked.

“Have you called him?”

Jin shook his head and pouted his lips. Mia knew him well enough to know that he’ll always do that when he’s considering something.

“You should, you know. He’ll be worried for you.”

… …

Jin sat on the sofa, his legs rested up on the edge of the seat and his hands propped up on them, his cell phone poised right in front of his face. He has shut off his cell phone upon take off and has not switched it on ever since. Pressing down on the on button, Jin waited as the welcome screen came on and it took a few seconds for his the auto-roaming service to hitch onto the local telecommunication service provider. The phone started buzzing in his hands immediately upon locking on to the local service. It was an email from Tomohisa. Just as Jin was about to click the email open, his phone buzzed again. This time, it was an email from Nakamaru.

‘Oei, where have you disappeared to? I overheard from Nishikido-san and Yamashita-san that you’re now on leave. Are you well?’

Jin smiled, his fingers pressing on the keys quickly to type out his reply mail to his band mate.

‘Of course I’m well, baka! I’m totally enjoying my time in Berlin right now. You’re so jealous, aren’t you?’

Upon clicking send, Jin quickly clicked on Tomohisa’s email. It’s an exceptionally short mail from him.

‘Call me when you can.’

And he did, forgetting about the time difference between Berlin and Tokyo. It was until the 11th ring, probably the very last one before the call ends itself, did Tomohisa answered the call, his voice groggy and nearly inaudible on the other end.

“Oei, Pi! It’s me! You told me to call you.”

“What the- It’s a quarter past 3 in the morning, Bakanishi! I was already sleeping.”

“Oh, sorry!”

Jin quickly apologized without a second thought, not really meaning it, but just as a way to appease an angry Tomohisa such that he can be allowed to ramble on. Without waiting for Tomohisa to respond, Jin babbled on merrily, first reminding him to visit Pin at his parents’ house just in case he’s getting bullied by the rest as the puppy has always been the more introverted one; then telling his sleepy friend about how the streets of Berlin look like; how the males there easily tower over him and hence Ryo should probably try his best to avoid coming over; how intriguing the food products available at the mega-mart are, and how he couldn’t stop himself from buying nearly the entire mega-mart. Jin didn’t even bring up Mia’s name, but Tomohisa knew. Perhaps the happiness in Jin’s voice was too obvious to be ignored, or perhaps simply because he’s Yamashita Tomohisa. He just knew.

“You’re really happy now, aren’t you?”

Jin nodded his head dumbly, forgetting the fact that Tomohisa won’t be able to see it. Hastily, he gave an affirmative reply, somewhere in between a snort and a laugh. Jin thought he could literally hear the smile breaking out on Tomohisa’s face.

“That’s good then! Enjoy the rest of your vacations there. Buy me something memorable. And next time, call me at a better time, baka!”

With that, Tomohisa hung up on Jin, leaving the latter with a monotonous dial tone. Jin clicked his tongue, grumbling to himself as he ended the call on his end, only to find a reply mail from Nakamaru. That guy is still up, in spite of the unearthly time over at Tokyo, probably doing some last minute brain-cramming exercise for his college studies.

‘Great to know that you’re really doing well now. Let’s lunch together when you’re back.’

Jin smiled. That’s Nakamaru. No questions, no probing, no overbearing concerns. Everything was done just right smack on Jin’s liking. And so, Jin decided to send him another reply before switching off his cell phone again.

‘Your treat. I’ll bring you some air from Berlin for your big nose.’

… …

Jin was lying on the bed after having showered, Mia’s bed, to be exact, for he could have a room to himself as there’s another empty room available. But crap, why would he want to sleep in a cold bed all by himself? Turning onto one side, Jin propped his head up by lying on his own arm as he stared at the small blue box sitting on the bedside table. A pout formed on his lips as he very absentmindedly reached out and prodded the lifeless package with his forefinger as he listened to the sound of running water coming from the bathroom where Mia was taking her shower. Nothing naughty was on his mind, really. Instead, Jin felt as if his entire being was filled with an immerse sense of lovely tranquility. It’s an all new kind of feeling to Jin and he liked it.

‘Maybe this is the feeling of getting settled down for real.’

Thinking happily to himself, Jin flipped over onto his other side and gradually fell asleep.

Mia exited from the bathroom, her bath towel hung around her neck and her hair damp from her shower. Bounding over to her bed where Jin was lying, Mia had wanted to get him to towel dry her hair again when she noticed that he was already asleep. Smiling, Mia climbed into bed with light movements, careful not to wake him up, and lay down on the empty space beside Jin, studying his features as he slept peacefully. Reaching out, Mia brushed a few strands of hair away from his perfect face and traced her finger from his forehead to his eyebrows, across his eye and down his nose, finally reaching his pouty lips. Leaning in, Mia pressed a soft kiss on those lips of his before snuggling close to his warmth and gradually drifting off to sleep, joining Jin in slumberland…

“Mmm…”

Mia woke up with a moan, a familiar pleasurable feeling coursing through her body as her mind awakened slowly. She pried her heavy eyelids open sleepily and met his intense gaze. Her lips parted and his name rolled out from her mouth in the form of a moan as he licked at her neck erotically, starting from her sensitive triangular base of her throat to the end of her chin while she tipped her head back to allow him better access.

“Jin…”

Jin gave a smirk as he dipped his head lower and let his tongue travelled down the valley of her breasts. Mia gasped as he took one of her sensitive nub into his hot mouth, suckling on it and using his fingers to tend to its twin and Mia moaned her delight, thrusting her chest up in an attempt to receive more pleasure from Jin as the latter let his tongue travelled further downwards, reaching her bellybutton.

“Jin, f*ck me!”

Mia could hear Jin chuckling in delight as he reached down and yanked her pajamas shorts off. Eagerly, Mia spread her legs, waiting for that familiar jolt of sensation that Jin’s fingers will give her. Those that will never fail to make her toes curl in sheer delight.

“F*ck me-”

Then, there was nothing. It took a moment for Mia to get used to the sudden change in the atmosphere. Her eyes still closed, Mia loosened her fist, clenched up earlier due to the intensity of her arousal, and laid them flat against the silky linen of the bed. Yes, she was still lying on her bed, no doubt. Very slowly, Mia opened her eyes and found herself staring right up at the blank ceiling of her bedroom. Tears welled up in her eyes as it finally registered in her hazy mind. It was yet another of those dreams. Those sickening dreams that suck her in deeper and deeper into her longing for the man she has been missing dearly and then only to let her fall harder and harder back into the cold reality when she wakes up.

‘But this time round, it felt so real.’

Big fat tears finally rolled down her face as a heart-wrenching sob escaped from her lips. It’s all nothing but a dream.

Jin frowned as a constant sobbing from beside him jolted him out of his sleep. It took him a moment to remember that he was currently in Berlin and sleeping in Mia’s bed. And it took him yet another couple of seconds to realize that the sobs were coming from Mia. All his hazy sleepiness of having been roused from his sleep immediately vanished into thin air as his eyes shot open.

“Mia?”

Jin turned to Mia to find her back towards him, her skinny frame shaking due to her sobs. She didn’t respond.

“Mia, what happened?”

Jin asked again as he frantically reached out for his precious, gathering her into his arms to comfort her. Mia’s sobs stopped as she turned around to look at him, her eyes wide with surprise and her face wet with tears.

“Jin?”

Jin frowned; confused by the look of surprise on her face and the way she called his name with a sense of disbelief.

“I thought it was a dream. I thought you weren’t here!”

Jin pressed a kiss to Mia’s forehead as he wrapped his arms around her, whispering softly in her ears as she let out yet another sob.

“I’m here. That was a dream, that wasn’t real. I’m here now. I’m real.”

Embracing her tightly, Jin rubbed his hands up and down her back as he tried his best to comfort her with words. It didn’t work. After all, Akanishi Jin wasn’t labeled as ‘clumsy with words’ for nothing. Neither did Tomohisa coin ‘Bakanishi’ as his nickname for fun. Each sob that escaped from Mia’s lips rang in Jin’s ears and it tugged at his heart, making them throb in pain. In an attempt to ease both hers and his own pain, Jin hooked a finger under Mia’s chin and brought her lips up to meet his. Mia didn’t respond at first. She couldn’t, as the tears wouldn’t stop and all those sobbing made her hardly able to breathe. But the way Jin was kissing her made her want to respond to him. And so she did.

“Mia…”

Jin had only wanted to comfort her and to assure her of his presence. But the way Mia was responding to his kiss made his initial plan all forgotten, or rather, ignored. Pushing her back onto the bed such that he was straddling her, Jin trailed a burning trail of kisses down her neck, not forgetting about her erogenous spot at the base of her throat. Twirling the tip of his tongue around that particular spot, Jin could hardly hold down a victorious smirk as Mia moaned shamelessly, tilting her head backwards to give him better access.

“Jin! Jin!”

Mia chanted his name over and over again, her hands clawing at any part of him that she can lay her hands on, attempting to grab hold of him tightly as Jin tried to advance further down south, popping the buttons of her pajamas tee open as he did so. He understood her actions immediately. Kissing his way back up, Jin pressed his lips against Mia’s once more as he wrapped his arms around her frame, crushing her to him as he kissed her hungrily.

“This is real, Mia. I’m real. Feel me.”

With that, Jin removed his own tee and flung it away, grabbing hold of one of Mia’s hands and pressed her palm onto the hot skin of his chest. Mia didn’t need to be told twice to know what Jin wanted. Very softly, she ran her hands up and down his chest, letting her fingers linger around his sensitive nipples for a few seconds more before allowing her hands to travel down his smooth abdomen. One of her hands started playing around with his navel piercing while the other pushed past the waistband of his boxers and headed for home.

“F*ck, Mia!”

Jin groaned as Mia wrapped her slender fingers around his member, pumping it gently with her soft hands. It has been months since they last shared such intimate moments but Mia still remember the exact way to drive him crazy. Kicking the hindering piece of clothing off, Jin dipped his head lower and started exploring Mia’s body with his tongue while shedding her clothes, making her squirm and moan. The increasing arousal in Mia was obvious as her fingers around his erection were slowly gaining strength. Determine to let their first love-making session drag as long as possible, Jin clenched his jaws and tried to fight the sensation up till the last minute, whereby he grabbed hold of Mia’s hand to stop her movement rather abruptly.

“It’s gonna be soon if you carry on with this, precious. So now it’s your turn.”

Mia merely smiled as Jin reached down and pulled down her pajamas shorts, along with her soaking panties, leaving them both stark naked, holding each others’ gaze intensely. They smiled affectionately at each other. It was an emotional form of communication and understanding that’s so simple and yet that simply couldn’t be put into words and it warmed Jin’s heart. Still holding the gaze, Jin trailed his fingers down from Mia’s smooth flat stomach and further down south, enjoying the sight of the sudden jerk of her body and how her lips parted slightly with a moan as he grazed his fingers across her nether region. He groaned at the wetness and warmth that surrounded his fingers. She felt much so much tighter.

“Ah, Jin…”

Mia moaned shamelessly as Jin started pumping two of his fingers in and out of her at a painstakingly slow pace, his thumb grazing across her sensitive nub with every inward thrust of his fingers. Everything he did was keeping her right on the edge and it was driving her insane. Frustrated, Mia reached out and wrapped her fingers around his pulsating erection once again.

“Jin, f*ck me!”

The pumping action of his fingers immediately stopped and Jin withdrew them from within her. It was like déjà vu for Mia and she would have burst into tears again if not for his warmth pressing down on her once more, his lips now tracing her earlobes delicately.

“No Mia, I’m never going to f*ck you ever again.”

Mia frowned. Her eyes, which were once closed, shot open and stared at Jin questioningly.

“I wouldn’t f*ck my precious girlfriend, Mia.”

Jin enunciated his words clearly as he reached over for the little blue box left sitting on the bedside table. It rattled noisily as Jin wrestled with the thin plastic wrapping, hardly able to rip it open properly for his hands were shaky with the pent up desires and nervousness of his impending second confession.

“Jin?”

Mia asked meekly, greatly confused by the obvious contradiction between Jin’s words and his behavior. Her entire body was burning up and throbbing with the need for him. And if it were in the past, Mia would probably have pushed Jin back onto the bed and rode him off. But now, the way he’s showering attention on her and all his delicate caresses made her blush with coyness and it just seemed impossible for Mia to demand that he f*ck her again.

“F*ck is not the word anymore, Mia.”

Jin said in between clenched teeth as he ripped the foil open and sheathed himself smoothly, positioning himself at her wet entrance.

“From now on, I’ll only make love to you.”

Jin whispered sweetly into Mia’s ear as he entered her in one slow gentle thrust, careful not to be too rough with her for he knew that she has tightened up considerably after being sexually inactive for a few months. Mia moaned. Jin’s open confession, along with the feeling of being stretched fully by his erection, brought her right to the edge. Mia bit her lips, embarrassed at the thought of climaxing so soon.

“Jin… Jin… Soon!”

It took only three more thrusts from Jin to send Mia crashing over the edge, moaning his name loudly as she climaxed and her walls clamped down on Jin’s erection tightly. The intense feelings that drove up Jin’s heart upon hearing Mia calling out his name during her heat of the moment, along with the sensations of her clenching down on him, sent him tipping right over the edge and all Jin could see was bright spots of white as spurts of his heightened passion hit the protective barrier of the rubber.

“Mia.”

Jin moaned as his member gave a final twitch and he collapsed on top of Mia, panting heavily from the exertion.

“Jin.”

Mia’s voice was muffled for her face was buried in Jin’s chest. Worried that he might be crushing her, Jin immediately tried to roll off her body, only to be stopped by Mia herself. Wrapping her arms around him, Mia shook her head as she whined. She actually liked the feeling of being pressed beneath him.

“No, don’t leave me!”

Jin chuckled, slightly out of breath, as he enveloped Mia into his arms and rolled over such that both of them were lying on their sides, with Mia tucked into his arms snugly. There, fantasy number one fulfilled. After sex-cuddling.

“I’m sorry for disrupting your sleep, precious. I’m not going anywhere, so get some sleep. Sweet dreams.”

Mia gave a small giggle of delight as she snuggled deeper into his arms, pressing a kiss to his shoulder, careful to not graze upon his sensitive collarbones. Finally contented and fully sated, the two lovers gradually drifted off to sleep.

… …

The next few days past by quickly and happily, with Mia rousing a sleepy Jin from his sleep every morning and kissing him goodbye as she left for filming, only to return to her apartment later in the evening to a simple dinner whipped up by Jin. The lovers will then cuddle up on the sofa, watching some random movie DVDs, which, regardless of the movie genre, will always end up with them kissing each other senseless and bringing everything upstairs into bed. Soon, Sunday came and Mia took the chance of her day off to bring Jin around Berlin, bringing him to various museums and churches, knowing that Jin loved admiring at the stained glass windows. The special day ended much quicker than both of them would like to, and the duo spent the night just cuddling up together in bed, having random talks about anything under the sun until sleep gradually took over. Unwilling, the lovers gave in to their heavy eyelids and drifted off to sleep, holding each other tightly. They’ve lost too much time in the past, and yet, the present is not going easy on them either. Their happy time is nearly up. Jin is to return to Japan tomorrow, mid-afternoon.

… …

“Mia?”

Jin groaned as he raised his hands above his head, stretching his back. She’s not in bed with him. He frowned. Mia always kisses him goodbye before leaving in the morning. Rubbing his eyes groggily, Jin took a glance at the clock sitting on the bedside table. It was only a quarter past seven. Mia doesn’t leave the apartment until nine. Sleepily, Jin stumbled out of bed and made his way down the stairs and towards the kitchen, where a soft sizzling could be heard. He smiled when he saw her, wearing that particular old soccer jersey of his that she loved wearing to sleep, busying around the dining table, placing the coaster mats on the appointed spots before walking back to the kitchen counter and transferring plates of omelettes, hams, and French toasts over to the small round table. A frying pan was left over the small fire on the stove, strips of bacons sizzling inside. He watched her every step, admiring her body. She had a casual grace about her that he could watch for hours. Noticing his presence, Mia turned her head around towards Jin. Her eyes met his as she returned to the stove. As if on cue, they smiled at each other affectionately and the familiarity of it warmed his heart once more.

“Morning, Mimi-chan.”

Jin gave a loud yawn as he greeted. Mia gave a small giggle as she turned off the stove.

“ Morning, Jinjin!”

A huge goofy grin immediately broke out on Jin’s sleepy face upon hearing that nickname rolling off Mia’s tongue. It has been so long since she last used that nickname on him. Jin could still remember the look on Mia’s face when he popped by her apartment that night after the episode of Cartoon KAT-TUN with Haruna Ai as their guest was aired. He was perturbed by her attitude at first, wondering what was the problem, until Mia yelled at him saying he looked way too happy when Onishi Kenji (Haruna Ai’s true male name) called him Jinjin. Jin didn’t realize it then. Her feelings for him. And so, he had stupidly yelled back at her, accusing her of throwing him her hissy fits as and when she feels like it. The silly quarrel eventually ended up in Mia’s bed with a crazy session of make-up sex, and after that incident, Mia stopped using that nickname on him altogether. It disturbed him greatly, but he was just too embarrassed to even ask.

“Call me that again.”

Jin whispered as Mia proceeded to scoop the baked bacons up from the frying pan. She turned to him with a playful smile on her face; her voice in a soft squeal Jin remembered hearing it quite often in the dead of the night while they’re in bed.

“Jinjin!”

It seemed like something within Jin was switched on as a sudden surge of desire coursed through him. Covering the distance between them within two strides, Jin pulled the plate of bacons out of Mia’s hand and clanked it back down onto the kitchen counter before grabbing her cheeks and pulled her face to his, kissing her, delving his tongue into her mouth, his lust hot and needy. Jin ran his hands down her top, the soccer jersey he has intended to not bring back to Japan, cupping her breasts. He groaned. She wore no brassiere underneath.

“Jin, break…fast!”

Mia tried to push Jin’s roaming hands off her body as she protested, albeit much too weak to be of any use. Sliding his large hands under her top, Jin slid his hands up the sides of Mia’s body and pressed his palms over her naked breasts, pinching her sensitive peaks as he started necking her. Mia’s body gave a sudden jerk before melting into his arms, moaning. Jin knew he has won her over. Dropping to his knees, Jin fumbled slightly before finally pulling down her shorts, along with her panties. Spreading her legs, he placed his head in between, her right thigh on his shoulder, and lifted her slightly. Mia gasped and grabbed the edge of the kitchen counter for support as his talented tongue plunged into her wetness, seeking her most sensitive spot. Mia moaned his name shamelessly as she ran her fingers through his hair. His tongue felt so good, so knowing, making her quiver and her wetness gushed. Her release seemed only moments away and Mia pulled Jin up towards her again, her hands hooking around the waistband of Jin’s boxers, pulling them down, allowing his erection to pop free. Grabbing hold of his throbbing desire, Mia guided him to her wet entrance, her lips parted in anticipation.

“Oh, Jin!”

Mia moaned in pleasure as Jin penetrated her in a single thrust, his manly grunts in sync with her feminine moans, before gaining the familiar rhythm.

“Oh, f*ck!”

Suddenly, Jin stopped and Mia whimpered, complaining at the lost of pleasure.

“F*ck! F*ck! F*ck! Condoms…”

Jin literally used up every ounce of his self-control to stop himself in the midst of the act, and was started to pull himself out of Mia when she whined.

“No! Don’t stop, more!”

Squirming, Mia pressed her hands against his rear, attempting to stop Jin from leaving her. Jin shook his head, hissing softly with gritted teeth.

“Condoms, Mimi. It’s not safe. Let’s go up.”

With that, Jin tried to pull himself out of Mia, only to be stopped by her again. She shook her head fiercely, her eyes burning.

“No, I don’t care! Just come in me already! I’m so near to coming, so please, Jin.”

Their eyes met, and Jin’s control snapped. Wrapping his arms around Mia and crushing her to him, Jin thrust faster and deeper as Mia moved rhythmically with him, urging him on, waiting to receive him completely. They both sensed that they were coming, and pulled each other as close as possible just as Jin grunted, shooting his release into her as she tightened around his erection, pulling and keeping him deep inside. Mia shuddered and cried as her climax filled her totally with a hot rush of endorphins that consumed her mind and body. Their bodies felt as if they’re melting over one another. At that moment, they’re one, their bodies, hearts, and minds entwined and in tune with each other.

… …

‘Boarding the plane soon. I’ll call you as soon as I touch down, precious. I love you.’

Mia smiled as she stepped into the local pharmacy, flipping her cell phone close. Filming has just ended for her and it’s already a quarter to eight. Jin’s probably dozing off to sleep on his seat in the plane right now. Pursing her lips into a pout, Mia made her way over to the pharmacist counter, whereby a shelf of prescribed medication was located.

“Excuse me, I’ll like to get the morning-after pill.”

The lady behind the counter merely nodded her head as she turned around, picking a small box off the shelf and placing it on the counter.

“Here. There you go!”

Muttering her thanks, Mia smiled faintly as she took the box from the counter and was about to head for the cashier when her conversation with Jin earlier this morning came into her mind.

“I’m sorry, Mia. I should not have been so thoughtless.”

Jin apologized as he lowered his gaze to the mess his release has made on her thighs after he has pulled out of her.

“Don’t be silly, I wanted it.”

Mia shook her head as she smiled, but Jin wasn’t convinced.

“You weren’t on the pill. We didn’t use protection, what if-”

Mia laughed as it dawned on her. He’s really stupid.

“Heard of the morning-after pill, Jin? I’ll go get it later today after I’m done with filming. So stop being such a worrywart already!”

Mia expected Jin to laugh at his own silliness, having been eradicated of his initial worry. However, it wasn’t so. Instead, a look that resembled disappointment replaced its place on Jin’s face.

“Jin, what is it?”

“Nothing, just some random selfish thoughts.”

Jin shook his head, forcing out a small laugh as he tried to pull away from Mia to hide his obvious disappointment. Cupping her hands around Jin’s face, Mia pressed her forehead against his as she demanded.

“Jin, say it.”

Jin hem-and-hawed, clearing his throat a couple of times and blinking his eyes, trying his best to switch the topic. However, Mia was determined not to be ignored. Jin sighed, having been defeated.

“It’s just… Well, I was just having this really random thought that it might not be that bad after all, if we really did slip up, you know…”

The frown that broke out on Mia’s face sent Jin into panic mode as he stumbled over his own words, trying to explain himself clearly.

“I mean, it’s not that I want to mess up your career, but I’m a Johnny’s. And I’m still young, just turning 26 this year. I want to get married, I want to have children. Like, right now, with you. But a Johnny’s doesn’t get married young, unless they already have a baby coming…”

A flash of something just went off in Mia’s head like a form of unorthodox enlightenment. Turning back to the lady behind the counter, Mia gave her an apologetic smile as she placed the small box of medication back onto the counter top.

“I’m sorry. On second thought, I don’t think I’ll need this.”
