I should think so too... who knows how many American Idol hopefuls end up crying off camera? Although most of their egos are huge like I can see no end?
The deal here is that there's this girl who got kicked during the top 20 round n here's what she did >>> first contestant ever that cried after RyanS announced she had the lowest vote n (yes, we've seen teary eyes, some drops trickle here n there... but hello?) actually didnt want to sing her final song? Poor RyanS... but he's e best at handling this kind of situation~ GO WATCH THE CLIPS. I missed the results show on TV due to OT work and youtube is THE SAVIOUR.
Her name is Alaina Whitaker and she performed the song "Hopelessly Devoted To You" yesterday which is a real classic song from the '70s. IMHO, she didnt do too bad, coz there were other girls that didnt do well at all... ... ... ... ... I think the real reason behind her kick = to the stupid clip before she sang. I remember I was "DUH-ing" all the way during her clip where the contestants were to let America audiences know a side/ thing/ whatever they didnt know about before. I'm not being mean k. There are far worse comments flying all over the net about her. Ok, so she's 17? The other girl who got out is 17 too n she took the lost in perfectly. Anyway, her final AI stage take of this song was much better than her previous night one (Hmmm, coz more emotions?). She rejected initially saying "I can't sing! I will sound terrible/ horrible..." Ohwell, I played angel n devil while watching this little AI drama, like I can understand her pain and worries... but on the other hand it only shows she wont survive in show biz.
