Summary: Jonghyun's working as a tattooist, and he's convinced his new client would ask for a gay little unicorn or a Care Bear, and when a fucking sexy high schooler walks into the tattoo parlour, all hell breaks lose.

For: key_toyourheart

Jonghyun sterilised the last of his needles and organised the bottles of ink on his shelf as he prepared to shut down his business for the day. Packing his tattoo machine back into his suitcase, he slammed the cover shut almost in frustration and fastened the locks on it skillfully. It was an action he had done almost every day for the last six years and no doubt he was one of the most experienced tattoo artist around. Jonghyun scanned through the list of pratrons for the next day.

And he sighed.

"Kim Kibum."

There was only one name on the list for the next day and Jonghyun instantly felt demoralised and unenergized (if there was even a word for it.) If he recalled correctly, he never had a customer called Kim Kibum before and if that name brought any images to his mind, it would be one of "those people".

Steoreotypes.

Nerd, geeks, whatever you call it. One of the many highschoolers who were actually nerds deep down inside their hearts, but requests for random gay designs of tattoos on the spur of the moment just to show the world they are "cool" and "in", and they believe with the power of tattoos, they will achieve anything and become the most popular in school.

Yeah right. Jonghyun snickered.

He would not be surprised if that whatever Kibum guy asked for a tattoo of a gay little unicorn on his waist or even a Care Bear on his back

And in extreme cases a Care Bear hugging a gay little unicorn.

Shudders.

Either way, Jonghyun decided that Kim Kibum is going to be, and will be one of his weirdest customer ever.

Well, at least he'll be earning some money.

Φ

Jonghyun winced in pain as his forehead met with the wooden table once again. He glanced over at the blurry red figures that seem to dance in front of him.

12.38.

It was 8 minutes past his lunch time and he swore if that Kibum person did not show his ass in 2 minutes, he would close his shop and go for lunch.

But, oh well. Speak of the devil and he walks in.

But if Kim Kibum was ever a devil, he would be a fucking sexy one wearing leather boots with fishnets and a miniskirt that would barely cover anything. And not to forget, one of those holding whips as well.

Jonghyun's jaws dropped open literally and his eyes bulged open in surprise.

Stereotypes were so going to hell.

Kibum had messy bangs that fall perfectly across his forehead and almond shaped eyes that resembled a cat's. He had pink kissable lips and Jonghyun never thought that he would find a guy's lips a total turn on. Even though Kibum was in a typical high schooler's uniform, Jonghyun was very sure that no one would be able to pull off the outfit as well as he did. The pair of black rimmed specs that sat on his nose did nothing but to frame his face and furthur emphasize his diamond shaped face.

Since when have high schoolers been... so sinfully tempting?

Jonghyun forced himself to stop salivating over someone nearly underaged, and managed to croak out something barely understandable. Jonghyun hated to admit it, but with sex in front of his eyes, it was difficult to function properly.

"Uhh. Hi."

And Kibum was almost convinced that whatever came out from that brown hair dude's mouth could not get any lamer.

"So, you're my tattoist, or whatever you call it?"

"Uhh, yes."

"So apparently, you are supposed to help me choose a tattoo design."

"Uhh, yes."

"... You do know I am a high school student, so i can't get anything too fancy on anywhere noticable right...?"

"Uhh, yes."

"..."

"..."

"Do you only know the words, Uhh and Yes?"

"Uhh, yes."

Kibum resisted himself from flinging himself onto the nearest wall for choosing this tattoo artist out of the other ten million ones he could find in South Korea.

He could tell it was going to be difficult to communicate to this guy, and he never prayed so hard in his entire life, that his tattoo was not going to end up in something like 'The Top 10 Most Disastrous Tattoos Ever'.

Φ

Eventually, Key settled down for a tattoo of a key and a locket on his waist. He knew it was risky, and he never thought in his entire 19 years of life that he would end up with a tattoo artist, whom he presumed knew only two words and had eyes that seem to involuntarily end up staring at him since the moment he took the first step into the tattoo parlor, holding vibrating needles (as his close friend, Onew, liked to call it), and hovering above him while he had his school pants hung precariously low on his waist.

It would be a different matter if that Jonghyun guy (he caught a glimpse of his name from his name tag) happened to be his lover, and there was not a vibrating machine armed in his hands, but that was not the case, and right now there was an unmistakable awkward tension in the air and he felt like a prostitute on her first one night stand - exposed, vulnerable and nervous like hell.

He hoped that after this terrible ordeal was over, he was not going to regret his decision. (and if that Jonghyun ever managed screwed up this tattoo, he was going to bring a craving knife, sharpen it in front of the poor tattooist's eyes and use it to cut his teeny weeny dick off.)

A/N : please comment? T.T i would love it even if it was a one-word comment, because i never got to finish any chaptered fics. I would end up not continuing because I would lose confidence in it as every chapter would have less and less people reading and less comments, and i finally decided to take a shot at it again :D

i can't say this is my best fic, but then again :D

this is how i imagined the tattoo :D
