Today was kind of fun. All of my classes were really easy and I didn't really have any homework. There were Honors Choir try-outs today and for some reason I got roped in to singing with Kara and Kristen. It was retarded because:
A. I couldn't remember all the words to the national anthem, I just know the tune
B. They were singing it soprano and I was trying to do alto, but I couldn't get the pitch right
C. I'm not comfortable singing improptu like that
D. I was not warmed up and that's why I couldn't get any of the pitches
E. I could hum it better
We watched part of "The Crucible" in English. It was pretty violent and graphic. Ew... Then I read after school in the commons, wishing that Danielle Urban would get the hell away from me, stop talking to me, quit eating, and stop making so much noise. I was extremely tempted to yell at her. Then I had my basketball game against Tri-County, which we played very well in the 4th Quarter.
It's my brother's 17th birthday today, but I'm just assuming he's turning seven, like I'm turning six this year. We went to Pizza Slut (sorry, I mean "Hut") with my great aunt and it was fun. We were served by Chris R. Smith's older sister, who Alex recognized from childhood.
