Here's the dealy. I'm goig to be doing a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream this summer. Again. and I'm getting paid. $300 a week. Actually, right now, I am part of the summer camp to get back in the swing of acting and doing the Shakespeare thing; which costs $150 a week to be part of. So instead of me getting paid $300 for the three weks that the camp goes on, I'll only get $150, which is fine by me. Anyways, the camp starts at 9 in the morning in Stratford, so I will be staying up there almost the entire 3 weeks this camp is going on. The show runs for the last 2 weeks in July and, depending on how well recieved it was, the first week of August. I won't really be around to do it the though, so whatever. The problem arises because the camp goes from 9 till 4 in stratford and the rehearsals for the Dream go from 4 till 7. So, there is not a lot of time I am going to be spending in the studio. But, it's not that bad as i am still here at the studio for as much time as i possibly can be. the rides situation is also not exactly the greatest either. but we make do with what we have and so forth and so on. today was the first day of the camp, and considering i haven't acted, especially not Shakespeare in close to 4 years, i did extremely well if I do say so myself. and I do. and so did everyone else at the camp. the worst part about the camp is that I'm the oldest person there by far. there is only 1 councilor that is older than me and him only by a couple ofmonths, i think. there might be 2. anyways, after me, the next oldest kid is 17. and that is James Sidowski's younger brother. talk about weird. but there were poeople there that have been there since i was there, but for some reason, i don't really remmeber them. sometimes i see the kids they used to be, but that's about it. granted they wer 9 when i last saw them, so i guess puberty had something to do with it. fucked up and god do i feel old now. anyways, the show is going to be amazing and everybody must see it. last 2 weeks of july and maybe the first week of august. at the stratford festival theatre in stratford. it'll be loads of fun. we are also going to have a greensword show in front of the play. a greensword show is a little like a mini renaissance faire before hand, and it will lead straight in to the show, so i t should be really good. Chistopher Plummer will be there doing his one man show as a gala, and if he's not in it, there's a good chance that Michael Keaton will show up. these are all things that i've been hearing from my director, so you never know. so all together i think i can be making a little over $1000 dollars this summer, which is extraordinarliy good for me, plus hatever i make at the studio, which isn't a lot, but it is enough to hold me over for a while longer, until it becomes absolutely necessary to get more money. like when i get a car and have to pay insurance. wel i have to go so i guess i will talk to everyone later. peace folx.
