A Gland Rant
Well, in my last post i commented on my thankfully negative glandular fever test. Alas, i had another on monday which has indeed come back positive. It really has been quite well timed. *glares at glands* Surprisingly enough i find myself missing school and wishing i wasn't sick so i could be at school working. A true sign that i must be sick. I have even tried doing some of my mountains of history, but my aprosexia (inability to concentrate) is impossible to overcome. I am also incredibly frustrated with the fact that i am unable to play soocer and football tomorrow, or do swimming training, or even do pedal prix. Curse this disease.
Due to my confinement in this house there really is nothing else interesting going on that i know about. Although herve tells me that saz found and bought herve and i a present. It's very exciting and i can't wait to see it for real. A 500g packet of Tang. The ultimate sugar high. For any that don't know what tang is, it's basically powdered cordial. Last year at the flinders trip, herve and i had a tang-off, which ivolved the two of us having a race, whereby we each ate one packet of pure tang. I'm proud to say that i was the victor, but needless to say herve and i were on a sugar high for some time. All fidgety and fast-talking.
