Woke up to find myself throwing up all over the side of my bedroom closer to the door.
Went to the bathroom, found myself explosively decompressing from both ends.
Just cleaned up myself and then the bathroom, Q&D style - wrote an email to work explaining that I'm ill, and they really don't want me in today, and am now trying to figure out how to get vomit out of carpet.
Edit: You can tell I was really ill and dehydrated; I mixed up to/two/too!
