The Office
You Bet Your Life by
sophia_helix Jim/Pam. PG. This one is set sort of early season three, I think? But it's hardly important. It's just an alternative reality, where Jim and Pam end up years later. It's a great exploration of what it means to grow up and grow together.
Your Own Kind of Music by
dollsome PG. The Office is all a flutter about American Idol circa...2007? Anyway, the author is completely gifted with dialogue. It makes me giggle because the characterization is so totally spot on. Maybe Oscar’s life is just one big lame gay prom.
Arashi - Ohmiya Special
Believe by
honooko PG-13. Very short and more intesnse because of it. I love this because the last line is like a punch. The whole story, what there is of it, is brutally honest and angsty. But it's really the underpining hope that gets to me.
Geometery by
15th_moon PG. The thing I love about this one is how the author explored how Nino got to this point. All the little things that brought Ohno and their relationship into focus. Plus, I'm pretty much a sucker for fic where there's a theme underlying it all. And this one rocked it.

cupcake4mafia NC-17. Best first-time EVER. Because it is awkward and a little uncomfortable and everyones nerves are all over the place and I like my smut to be a little realistic, thank you. Nino never stops being snarky and Ohno is wonderfully sweet without actually ceding Nino all the control in their relationship. Plus, there are pancakes.
